Broke down in Tabor City, NC while coming home from vacation. I contacted them on a Sunday morning when the owner was headed into church. He sent me over to Will and he was amazing!!! He handled everything over the phone and I was able to leave the car and head on home which was still 3 hours away. Will called me when he picked up my vehicle and… stayed in contact with me the whole time until he delivered my car to my home. Best Tow service ever!!! If you ever need a tow no matter how far even on a Sunday Doss Towing is definitely the one to call and ask for Will!!

We had a tire blowout on US 52 right beside Pilot Mountain State Park. After failing to get help from the NCDOT and 911, we called Doss Towing. Kaylan knew exactly where we were and came within 30 minutes from King, NC. He was courteous, professional, and got right to work. He had our tire replaced in less than 20 minutes. We should have called Doss Towing first! The cost was way less than we were expecting so that added another plus to the experience. Hopefully we won't have any more issues while traveling through North Carolina, but if we do, we will definitely call Doss Towing and

Terrible experience. Dead battery and called AAA. Guy who showed up didn't know how to put up hood and it went downhill from there. He tried to charge me for a new battery that was still under warranty. So I called AAA and they verified that I would owe nothing. He put in new battery and it was the wrong size. He wanted to put the blame on the "cables are too short". Once I pointed out that the AAA BATTERY he took out fit and that it must be the wrong battery, he called in to get another size. He waited for probably 40 minutes and no battery came so he went to get one. Finally

I recently moved to NC. Have been a AAA member for 20 years, so without hesitation joined NC AAA when it came time to renew the membership. Yesterday, while in a loaner car from my Toyota dealer in North Wilkesboro, the right front tire had a blow out while I was on the IS 40 in Winston on the way to a class. I called AAA, let them know I had gotten to the shoulder of the interstate, but was not in a very safe location if the tow truck be dispatched out as a priority. AAA had always made highway calls priority in other States I lived in. It didn't seem to make much of a difference to this

Recently my neighbor needed towing services. Doss responded quickly in the rain. But while leaving my neighbor's house, after dropping off their car, they hit my mailbox, knocking it over. The driver reported the accident to his boss and they came out and replaced the wooden post and cemented back in the ground very well. We are very pleased at their response time and how well they fixed out mailbox post.

Called AAA to have car towed. Doss Towing from King came out on April 28. The driver of the tow truck was pulling my vehicle onto the flat bed and the rear custom bumper started dragging on pavement. I managed to stop the driver and he had to reposition the flat bed. He nearly ripped my bumper off the car. I contacted AAA and Doss Towing. I have spent months following up, sending pictures, providing estimates and now told they did not do the damage to my vehicle. I have pictures from the night the driver pulled my vehicle onto the truck, pictures of the damage , more pictures I had to send
