Very kind, friendly, approachable, staff. The atmosphere is impeccable and extremely clean. They offer refreshments in their waiting room which is always amazing. This office is running a tight ship and it shows. Also there is always room to communicate concerns and ask as many questions as you need. I believe my son is getting the best care possible. I highly recommend this establishment.

Just wanted to add to my previous review. My 13 year old is almost ready to get her braces removed and her teeth are looking fantastic. Since my 3 children are almost done with their orthodontic work, it's now my turn! I had braces as a teen, but without having retainers for the past many decades, I thought it would be good for me to have Dr. Milstein take a look.
My consultation appointment went great! Dr. Milstein is so kind and helpful, and Maggie, also, is a pleasure to work with. I'll be going with Invisalign and can't wait to get started. Kudos also to Todd, Galina,

My son was so ecstatic about finally getting braces. He is already smiling more. He left the office saying, "I'm finally going to have straight teeth!" Dr. Milstein and staff are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to clearly explain things. Everyone in the office was kind and made it comfortable being there. Definitely good vibes and energy. I'm happy that my son is being treated for orthodontics here.

There is nice and very careful staff in this office. To have braces is not a simple and easy process. However, in this office you may not worry about it. Medical assistants clearly explain everything to me and my daughter, and Dr.Marina was very attentive and found necessary words to support my daughter and make the procedure more easily. She is very professional.

She's knowledgeable, friendly, professional, accommodating, skilled, funny and really invests time in you and helps you understand your treatment and how you can achieve the best results. Dr. Mil stein is great! The staff is great! Love the location and the office is always sparkling clean. So far, I have never had to wait in the lobby: appointments are right on schedule.
I have needed braces my whole life but suffered with severe anxiety in a dentist/orthodontist chair. Finally after countless consultations with a number of different orthodontists, I finally felt comfortable with Dr. Milstein and the entire staff in her office. I am beyond grateful for their kind and friendly spirits, and giving me hope for a better smile (oops, is that cheesy? )

It was such a pleasure meeting MMO team. The office is spacious and beautiful with all amenities, coffee and cookies. Staff made me feel so comfortable, friendly and didn't force me into anything. Dr. Milstein was super sweet, so knowledgeable, and offered me to think about my decision. Her confidence and knowledge in her field of practice made me feel comfortable enough to make my decision same day. I had braces on as a late teen but was never really happy with my results. I came to see Dr.Milstein, she worked really close with me to get my smile exactly how I wanted it to look. Orthodontics is a balance between science and art, and you want a doctor with a meticulous eye; I finally got my perfect smile. I then brought in 3 of my kids, whom Dr.Milstein also treated with phase 1 treatments, results were excellent. I highly recommend Dr.Milstein she is professional, personable and amazingly talented.
