Parkway Crossing Apartments

While I didn’t wind up living here, I went through the application process and called to make sure that I would get the processing fee back (roughly 200 dollars on top of the 50$/person application fee). I called to let them know that I got approved for an apartment elsewhere that had a sooner appointment date, and would like to receive that fee back. Unfortunately, they said the person I had spoken to was let go and that was he said was a lie. It is a shame to have been mislead by their staff, and it was a shame to lose money to an apartment that I won’t be living at. PLEASE read any and all

Worst experience ive ever had I mean run The office staff are liars Maitence walked in while I was taking a shower When ac went out they hooked it to run with no cut off power bill was $500 plus They just painted over bathtub My grandaughter had to be taken to hospital with pint chips in her eyes All my stuff was stolen off patio

I had a payment processing issue with my card due to the Website failing to transmit my payment information for some unknown reason. Once the funds dropped onto my account, I went to pay my rent, but there was an $44.95 late fee on my account. Shirley understand this was not my fault and waived the $44.95 late fee. Thank you Shirley.

I visited this property around 2 weeks ago to do early research for a new home when my current lease is up. Very affordable and very clean property. My tour guide was Baylee and she was phenomenal. Knowledgeable about the property and the company NHE. Parkway will likely be my choice in the next few months when it’s time to move. The affordability, cleanliness, and the staff really make this place a hidden gem!!

I have been living at Parkway Crossing for almost two years, I have nothing but good things to say. Management is amazing! Always happy to see you and more than happy to assist with package delivery (which I have many). The maintenance staff are outstanding as well. I have only had a couple of issues which were taken care of with no hassle. On top of all this, Parkway Crossing is the best deal in Asheville. The location is great, the apartments are very nice (upgraded) and the complex is quiet and friendly - Oh and pet friendly! I don't think you can beat the price anywhere in Asheville.

Can’t say enough about great things about living at Parkway Crossing!
1st the staff is far above what could have been expected! They are always friend and most accommodating! They always have a smile on their face. Recently they provided breakfast for the residents! It was such a pleasant surprise tha was not only a way to show they care but a way to reach out to everyone to and start the day off with a smile!
The maintenance staff is amazing! These guys work behind the scene to do a fantastic job and go out of third way not to inconvenience any of the residents. Each of them are very approachable

The office staff are extremely helpful and courteous. They make it a point to greet me when I walk in the door, even if they’re busy. They answer every question I have and always remember to tell me to have a good day. Maintenance can be seen buzzing by on their carts throughout the day, fulfilling work orders and doing improvements around the complex. You can definitely feel how much this team cares about this place and the people who live here.

This is my first month here at Parkway Crossing. The staff is excellent. Shelby and Brittany and the rest of the office went above and beyond to make sure I moved in. They are most helpful front desk ladies I have met. I have one of the newly renovated apartments and it is hands down the nicest I've found for the price. I've only been here a couple of weeks and feel more at home than I did with my previous 6 month stay at the Verge. College students, this place is a dream come true. The internet is phenomenal. I can play on my PC while my roommate streams and we haven't had any issues. Come check

I am more than happy to call Parkway Crossing my home. The office staff go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and happy. As first time renters my fiancee and I had so many questions and concerns before moving in, but the staff stuck with us and made sure we got all the answers we needed. The staff were able to answer every question and provided helpful suggestions where needed. They are extremely friendly and greet you, no matter how busy they are.
The office is welcoming, the grounds are well maintained, and it is really nice to have the laundry in each group of four apartments.
Really looking forward to the summer and the pool and all the other events on offer.
Glad I found this place to call home, or rather my second home here in Asheville as I was born here.
