Trevor was terrific. Diagnosed my issue, installed new antivirus. Everything works just fine now. Will definitely use them in the future.

This doesn’t even deserve a one star. I drove an hour to get here and they DONT fix the computer. They just wipe it off with a Lysol wipe. They didn’t do anything I asked. To make it worse they BROKE my computer and it’s not fixable until the Apple stores open up again. I’m pretty sure all of these reviews are fake because I payed 90 dollars for my computer to be ruined

Real nice people and seem to know their business BUT get an estimate before you have them commit to working in your machine. I had a problem with charging and they tried plugging one of their chargers in. Ergo, needed a new charger! They didn’t have one in stock, which is fine, but they hit me for a $40 charge for diagnostic. I was in there for 10 minutes and they plugged a charger in. $40??

You would think with all the good reviews this would be the company to do business with, but they aren't. The service is below a 1. They didn't show for a scheduled appt. Didn't answer an email to schedule an appt weeks in advance. Didn't call us to let us know they would be late or show up at all. We called more than once to have someone reach back out to us. Nothing. No calls back or follow-up. How does anyone stay in business like that? We own businesses...just inconceivable to us. If you want to feel insignificant, then call these guys.

Dan and Katie consistently over deliver when it comes to customer service. They are down to earth, friendly, hard working and caring. They get the job done on or before deadline at an amazing price. Thank you Wicked MoJo

We had some major problems with our computers. We are a staffing service which uses a lot of data. one of our main computers was locked up and non functional. Dan responded right away and was able to get this computer working. This computer had some major system issues which Dan fixed. The email user for the computer had 100,000 emails in the active folders, along with 354 gigabytes of data. Dan was able to clean the mess up and make the computer run better than it ever has. He also setup some back up drives

Dan and Katie are such nice people, and they really take care of their customers. I have been doing business with them since they opened, and they have always treated me fair and given me very reasonable prices. Trust me, you will be very satisfied with the customer service they provide, and the work they perform.

Dan was so helpful. My computer had major issues, too many to fix. He advised me on the best type of computer to buy. He could have charged me all that money to fix my computer, instead he advised me that purchasing a new computer would be the best financial situation. He also spent 3 hours trying to help me find my code for my Microsoft office. He charged me nothing. Very seldom do you come across businesses like this. Incredible performance installing my cloud network and getting everything to work. Dan guided me in my purchase of the right unit for me and then did an expert job installing it in my home network and made sure all external and internal peripherals were connected and working properly before he left.

I had 2 laptops that were running slow, one wasn't running at all. Wicked MoJo was honest that basically neither was worth saving for the cost, and instead they salvaged the parts of each and made one working laptop. They saved me so much money, retrieved my data, gave me back a working laptop, and didn't try to rip me off! Turns out they could fix my phone screen too! I'm definitely having Wicked MoJo do all my repairs in the future!

Wicked Mojo IT is a great place to go for all your IT needs. They were able to update my laptop and repair the screen on my phone. The best part was the fast and attentive service I got. I would take them over a big chain store any day.
