Log onto our booking platform or give us a phone call at (978) 262-1340 to start your order. Once completed, we will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to send it to our facility. Make sure you pack up your computer by wrapping it in plenty of bubble wrap and putting it in a small-to-medium sized box.
Select your MacBook model below. If you are unsure of what your MacBook model is, you can find it on the backside of the computer, located in the lower center. The model number usually begins with the letter A, followed by four digits. Once selected, you will be brought to our booking where you will select either Liquid Spill Repair, Cracked Screen Repair, or Diagnose & Quote.

I can't say enough about these people. They are the best. I have a very old transport system that I can't live without and they fixed it when nobody else would even look at it. They take the time to listen to your needs and get the job done. I wouldn't trust anyone else .

I called with a computer that had died. Mr. K. Responded very quickly and was able to salvage all my data. On another occasion, he did an emergency repair on my daughters computer. I would not go anywhere else for help with my computer. Micro replay is outstanding!

Disaster averted—
I spilled my adult beverage on my computer and it went dead.
I took the unit to a retail repair shop and they had it for a few days and could not repair.
After telling a few friends of my accident, one of them told me of a company in Boston that he knows specializes in liquid damage repair. I contacted Micro replay and after a quick conversation, they sent me a shipping label to send in my unit. The customer support group was very responsive to my status calls and emails and the unit was fully operational 2 days after they received the unit. I am thrilled that I did not have

I thought my mac book pro was on its final leg but with the team was able to quickly diagnose, troubleshoot and replace the faulty components. They actually delivered a mac book that was faster, stop making the constant noises and is working better than I first purchased it. Best investment I could have made and averted the need to purchase a new computer

Brought my 2015 MacBook Pro w/ Retina Display there for a new LCD screen and glass case. I explained I needed it within a 4 day turnaround; they turned it around in less than 48 hours and for cheaper than the Apple Store/Authorized Apple Repair Provider.

The logic board on my MacBook Pro died. This is a super expensive repair so I looked into replacing it myself. Then I found MicroReplay and they were able to do it for under what it would have cost if I DID THE REPLACEMENT! I don't know how this is possible but with a one-year warranty on top of the price letting them handle it was a no brainer.
The review that talks about the operator being impatient...I'm not saying she's wrong, but that is the absolute opposite of my experience. Dave was incredibly helpful and super patient. He was responsive to email and phone calls. I cannot

Excellent customer service. I sent my Apple time capsule for repair. These folks fixed it and promptly sent it back to me. But because I was traveling fedex could not deliver it. These folks kept my time capsule till I came back home and promptly sent it the same day I called them. I dealt with Dave (David?). Let me see this one more time. Excellent Customer Service. A rare find these days.
