A long time greater Tucson area resident, Pat graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1973. He is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and practices in both Arizona state and Federal courts. Since the early 1980's Pat has served as a judge pro tempore in the Arizona Superior Court.
A will is the legal document that establishes your wishes as to the disposition of your property after your death. When a person dies without a will ("intestate"), his or her property is distributed according to a scheme set forth in Arizona law.

Mr. Egbert should never have taken my sisters case against my brother and I contesting our dad's will.*He should have asked her: "Did you come out to Tucson as planned and your siblings refused to cooperate?" He did not!! If he had, she'd have said, "No" and IF he were ethical he'd have told her to do that before launching what would be a very painful lawsuit. My sister brother and I have emails confirming her dates to come out to divide up my parents final tangible assets. Hard evidence that was the plan.
