We went into Raskin's to have a watchband adjusted by removing a few links from the band. Mr. Raskin personally and immediately began to take care of it. We were invited to wait and offered coffee. His work did not take long and all his staff were polite and courteous seeing if we needed anything while we waited. He refused to take any money for his work. Excellent work, quickly taken care of, very professional and courteous. We highly recommend Raskin's Jewelers.

Raskin's is top-notch in every category. They have been around forever because they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. Over 10 years ago I had a ring resized and had a great experience. Just recently I had to have that ring cut off due to an accident. I was in, out, and on my way within 15 minutes, and they did not charge me a dime. I was assisted by Monica Brabant. She was super-friendly, and attentive to what I was seeking. She did not pressure me at all but led me right to the piece I wanted. She made great suggestions for accessories as well. I needed the piece before leaving town so they expedited it in 2 days for only $15 more. They contacted me promptly when it arrived. Additionally, they offered lots of little extras like snacks, drinks, gift wrapping, and more. Very professional and customer-focused. I was gifted a beautiful platinum and gold ring with. 3 diamonds. I had just moved and was recommended to Raskin Jewelers. I decided to have the ring looked at and overhauled. It was beautifully done. However in July, while driving , I noticed a stone was missing. I searched frantically, to no avail. While going to wash my hands , I noticed there was something on the side of the sink bowl , there was the diamond. I went in looking for a gift in a specific price range and was able to walk out with a beautiful pearl pendant on a 14k gold chain in the price range I was looking to spend. My wife and I came into this store after first moving to Prescott. We had visited several other local jewelers previously. Each place was okay, nothing wrong but nothing compared to the attention and personal touch experienced at Raskin's! Completely focused on the individual from start to finish!

I have used this store many times over the years to replace watch batteries but recently had two rings re-sized. They were ready when promised and the work was good. A very pleasant surprise was that they gave me a jar of jewelry cleaner, a polishing cloth, coupon for a free watch battery and a very cute rose gold-colored pen. If I want to buy jewelry in the future I will definitely go there first, beautiful selection and the prices seem fair, plus the staff is very friendly and spends plenty of time with every customer. I bright my wife's broken Earrings in for repair today. I was greeted immediately even though all sales people were working with customers. When I asked if they could repair my wife's broken earring they did a quick evaluation and said yes, come back in 30 mins. WOW!!! Great customer service! When I returned I was told it was an easy fix that did not require soldering or any significant work do there would be no charge. Another WOW!!!. Of course I would highly recommend Raskin Jewelers of Prescott .

I love the people at Raskins Jewelers! My sister had given me a very special ring and a few stones fell out. They repaired it in a timely, professional and affordable manner. Really nice ladies. If I could leave a zero I obviously would. This jeweler swapped my wife diamond when building her a new setting. I am a 3 generation Prescottonian and I'm so ashamed of when these guys did. After check around and talking to people it sounds like he has been doing this for years and people are too embarrassed to come out about it and if they do, he threatens lawsuit. They did NOT document the characteristics of my wife's diamond when accepting it for work that was going to take several weeks. Unfortunately, we didn't know better and now have the diamond in the pictures here.

I have been a customer of Raskins for years, I take my jewelry in twice a year for cleaning and to have the pieces checked for stability. I recently lost a diamond out of my ring, I called Mr Raskin and he picked up my ring and personally found a matching stone and fixed all the settings for me at a very reasonable price. The staff is very professional and helpful.
