Had a watch I couldn't get the back , back on. saw on their website said $6 battery replacement so figured it wouldnt cost me much to have themhelp me get the back on. They had a few people in their small shop. The lady helped me right away and did not charge me at all! she said Merry Christmas! <3 Side note I LOVE vintage jewelry and this place has TONS of cool stuff. I have a few watches I need repaired and am hoping it will take a little while so I can shop all of the jewelry! 100% will be back! Thank you!

I came in to get my fiance's necklace fixed and I am very happy with the results. I only needed a few things soldered but the person who helped me recommended I get a better clasp and now it is much easier to take off/put on the necklace. Everyone was very friendly and they fixed it overnight! I am definitely glad I chose to use this business.

I have done business with Prescott Trade Shop on a few different occasions. From watch battery replacements, selling jewelry items, and individual piece evaluations. They have always been extremely pleasant and helpful in every single interaction. I've always felt they are fair in their offers.
Most recently I took a pair of diamond earrings in to see if they'd be interested in buying them from me. Matt took them to evaluate and noticed they were not a matching set. One diamond was larger than the other. Not by much, as a in the nearly 10 years I had owned them, I had never noticed

I am writing this because when I needed watch repair in Prescott, I had a difficult time finding any information. I went to Raskins and they no longer have anybody on site who repairs watches, but send them out for repair. I finally took the (Swiss Army) watch out to Prescott Valley, to the Prescott Trade Shop. Matt Hein fixed the watch in ten minutes or so and charged me five dollars. But more importantly, he showed me how the shop which installed the battery had created the problem when they put the battery in without knowing what they were doing.
