Dr. Juliana Basko-Plluska is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and Pathology (board-certified in Dermatology and Dermatopathology) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Basko-Plluska completed her undergraduate studies at the prestigious University of Chicago, where she was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and graduated Suma Cum Laude in the top 1% of her class.
Dr. Victoria Godinez-Puig is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon and dermatologic oncologist. Dr. Godinez-Puig grew up in Mexico City.
After completing the French Baccalaureate Diploma in Science with Honors awarded by the French Ministry of Education, she earned her medical degree at U.N.A.M., the oldest university in North America (with its predecessor founded in 1551), and the most prestigious medical school in Mexico.

Andrea is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant experienced in treating skin conditions in both adults and children. Andrea completed her Bachelor's Degree in Biology at Loyola University in Chicago. She pursued her Masters in Biomedical Sciences at Midwestern University. Subsequently, she completed her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at the Rosalind Franklin University in Chicago.
Acne is one of the most common skin conditions treated by a dermatologist. It is most common in the teenage years but may persist well into adulthood. In addition to causing physical discomfort and permanent scarring, it is associated with lack of self-confidence and social embarrassment.

I am so disappointed, I called multiple times to ensure I could be seen for a routine skin check, as my husband went and had terrible time getting the correct billing codes for insurance. I even said I wanted to cancel my appointment, however they assured me I was fine. Now I have a bill of $447. My insurance has been amazing and have covered it for me. I will NOT be returning or recommending this practice, despite my actual visit being very pleasant.

I have been to 20-30 dermatologists in my life dealing with severe eczema to the point I can't move my joints . I have been on and off on steroids which help calm it down . I goggled this place and let me tell you the reviews aren't lies . I have never been to such a great doctors office in my life not only is the staff super friendly so is the doctor . She wrote down what I needed to do for my eczema and I kid you not it cleared up within 3-4 weeks . I can't be more grateful to her ever . She has a humble heart and bedside manners . She was super happy to hear I wasn't in pain

I felt quite rushed during my appointment time due to how busy the office is. I believe that this dermatology office is more focused on their profits instead of treating the patients. I feel very bad for the employees here as they look extremely stressed and overwhelmed. I do hope that they decrease the amount of patients that come into this office as it is extremely unsafe at this time due to Covid.

Called into office where Zoe explained what the process would be and Dr Basko followed checking areas of concern, expanded on what Zoe had said and took biopsies and froze the precancerous cells. I was very impressed and appreciated the care given

Dr. Basko is awesome. I have been coming to her for a year now, since we moved to the suburbs. My PCP recommended me to her and Dr. Basko has taken extremely good care of my skin. When reached out to, to see if they would do laser hair removal for medical purpose a lady I spoke to on the phone who identified herself as the office manager said they would not be willing to as insurance would not cover it. Although I for a fact that is not true and BCBSIL does cover it under very specific circumstances and my amazing esthetician just retired this year.
Highly unhelpful and not willing to spend anytime talking on the phone to gain a new patient.

Today was my first appointment at this office, and I am very impressed. The PA Sylvia removed or biopsied a number of "trouble spots", did a thorough skin check, explained everything as she went along. Office staff very polite and organized. I will be returning for Dr. Blasko to do some cosmetic procedures. Great office!

I was referred to Dr. Basko by one of my patients who gave her rave reviews. Today was my first and now I know why! She is absolutely amazing, smart, professional, diligent, caring and so much more. I have been using Dr. Basko for a number of years and she is simply the best. Starting with the office staff that set up your appointment and greet you as you show up. They are flexible, professional and very accommodating.
The assistant and nursing staff are also wonderful and take great care of you from beginning to end. Making you comfortable answering questions and assisting every step of the way.
Dr. Basko is amazing and I travel about an hour each way to use her services. Professional, great attention to detail and follows up with any and every procedure.

Wonderful profession and very helpful! My face was soft and acne less and then I had a breakout that one dr could not fix which ended up burning and on my face causing me to not to want to leave the house. One visit here and my face is so much better! I will leave the house my acne is better and you can touch my face again. When I called they took my emergency as an emergency and got me in during a snow storm.. Thank you so much!! Will always go back and bring my son.

I am beyond thrilled that I found such an amazing doctor ! After going to 3 different, top notch places for botox and not being 100 % happy , I decided to give it a try after reading all the positive reviews. I had an incredible experience today with Dr. Basko and her staff. From Alex at the front desk to the nurse, Kirsten, and finally Dr. Basko, I could not have been more pleased. They were incredibly thorough, listened to my concerns and my past history, and drew up a care plan for me. I have never received care like this in the past from any dermatologist. This was my first visit to this office. Dr.Basko was thorough in her diagnosis; when I left I had a great understanding of my treatment and condition. The office is high tech, with iPads in place of paper forms, the functionality of their software interface made it a breeze to provide the necessary information. Also the office is beautifully decorated. The Staff is attentive and welcoming. Easily the best experience I've had visiting a physician in all my years. I've seen Dr. Basko at a different practice earlier this year to treat my acne. Since then, I knew that I would only see her for any dermatology concerns. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and is very thorough in explaining the path that she thinks is best for you and your lifestyle. Today I came to her new practice for her to look at a mole that appeared two years ago.
The new facility is so beautiful and immaculately clean. Love the pop of pink!
