With the increase of material costs and extended timelines due to municipal office hour restrictions, most projects will start at $10,000 and increase based on scope and size. Please be as specific as possible. For example, send approximate measurements of the space or deck, are you replacing appliances if renovating a kitchen or bathroom, are there special needs or requests for this project?

Tandem remodeled 2 of our bathrooms recently. We were very impressed with these professionals, from Ryan working with us on planning out the scope of the project to Chris's crew doing the actual work. One bathroom updating, but the master bath required a complete gutting and renovation. The team at Tandem are great problem-solvers, perfectionists, and are really nice, decent people to do business with. After interviewing about 5 different contractors, we are so happy we hired them!

We had already used Tandem for a few minor projects at the house, but a few months back, we found ourselves in a position where we needed the main bathroom remodeled on an accelerated schedule. And that was how the project started...With absolutely nothing planned for the remodel other than saying the existing tub needed to be replaced with a walk-in shower (to accommodate physical limitations of a parent moving in with us), Tandem met with us, took the time to work through all the details with us, and the project started. Tandem arrived when they said they would, gave us ample warning if plans

They did such an amazing job on our kitchen remodel! It opened up our house so much and they made it exactly what we want, paying attention to every detail. Ryan and Chris are very easy to work with and always made sure we were happy with the work they did or they would change it to make sure we were! Everyone that sees our kitchen loves it as much as we do. I've shown pictures of my family that happen to be in the kitchen and have people saying "wow I love your kitchen!" Great company to go with for a remodel for sure!

Ryan of Tandem Contracting did an excellent job. This is the second time I have used Ryan, though this job was on a much larger scale. Once again Tandem Contracting filled all the requirements one might wish for in a contractor. He laid out and reviewed the plan for construction, used quality materials, arrived on time, proceeded in a timely manner, the project was completed on time and most importantly is exactly what we needed and expected. His price was reasonable and he left the work area clean. I would highly recommend and certainly I will use Tandem again.

The gentlemen who own and operate Tandem Contracting are the utmost professionals I have ever worked with. They are efficient and conscientious in their work. They have literally rebuilt half of my home, since we moved in in 2011. You could not ask for more honest and trustworthy people to be in your home.
