I sadly add this review out of frustration. I am in the middle of a job process and my taxes must be up to date. I have not gotten any responses via emails or calls. I need to know if an extension has been submitted or my taxes completed. His service has been fantastic in the past, but like other reviews state they no longer respond.

I regret I must write this unfavorable review. However, I have been a loyal customer of Rickie Clements for over 10 years. Over the past couple of years it has been extremely difficult to do business with him and with each passing year it is getting WORSE! His company has a high turn around, NO ONE ever answers the phone and they NEVER return calls. Even if you go to the office, you will not see Rickie or have an opportunity to speak with him. I have tried to overlook this business ethic but it's been 5 mos and I have not received my taxes for this year nor have I received feedback on the status
