Took a wedding ring to have four small stones replaced. Went to pick up the ring and it looked like it was brand new and he did an excellent job. I’ve had V jewelers do my work before and I would never go to anybody else around here. If you need to buy anything or have anything fixed sure to go to the jewelers on Bell Road. Also, the ring was finished three days before it was supposed to be done. Gave me a text saying that I could pick up the ring earlier.

I emailed them to see the cost to resize a ring from a 6 to a 7. I was responded with 40 to a hundred dollars. I thought that was a great deal. When I went there. I was told they are backed up because of Christmas? I'm not sure what Christmas has to do with repairs. I was told 250.00 if I want it done soon other wise 150.00. Needless to say I'm smart enough to know when I'm being ripped off. And they never bothered to tell me if I take the ring back were I bought it that they would do it for free. Learned that today as well.

I have used this jeweler on several occasions. They always do excellent work. They are always very friendly and genuine. They have replaced stones in a custom ring and have done new rhodium plating on both of my rings. They do their work on site and don't send anything out and so the turnaround time is usually very good. Always top notch. Their prices are very fair. I won't go anywhere else.

When I moved here 8 years ago, i found myself in need of a Jeweler who was a certified Seiko watch repair store. A friend suggested I try V Jewelers. It was an exceptional experience. My watch was repaired in a timely manner and for a fair price. But what stands out the most is their attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I'm so glad to have found this jewelry store. Incredible service. Family owned. I searched on yelp because I needed my wedding ring repaired. I found V Jewelers with 4 1/2 stars and the reviews were positive. I don't like to trust just any place with my ring. It can never be replaced. I got frustrated with the jeweler I had been using for repairs and appraisals. (Didn't call when repairs were ready for pick up; appraisal prices kept going up). Everyone here at V Jewelers was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had a chain repaired in a diamond tennis bracelet; thought my husbands watch was dead. They reset the watch while we waited at no charge!! They also text when your repair is ready. Even though this store is a bit of a drive for me, I will continue to use them for any repairs in the future.

Eddie has the absolute best customer service! I went in to have a ring repaired and he told me I could have it Monday. When I told him I was leaving on Monday to go back to California he said they would make sure it was done by Saturday!! That was so awesome to me to have my ring fixed and the fact they were willing to fit me in so that I could have it before going back to California meant the world to me!
