They have served 2 generations of my family. My Daughter sent a friend that had polishing needs. They could have shined up her jewelry and charged whatever they wanted. They sold her a polishing cloth and sent her home !! Now THAT’S integrity !! Langert’s for life !!!

Good price for watch batteries. I took 7 to get replaced. I didn't like how staff didn't have their masks on.

I'm ecstatic at the work they do each and every time. They built my wedding ring custom exactly how I wanted it, they've done phenomenal work and I will continue to use them for all of my jewelry needs :-)

I came in to have links removed From my watch. She said because of the type of band it was, it wasn’t going to be quick and easy. It took her a while, but she did it. They were going to be closing in 30 minutes, and I thought I was going to have to leave the watch. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond the call to satisfy me! I would highly recommend Their services to anyone that needed it.

Awesome selection on silver 925 jewelry. Great prices! But I went to have some jewelry fixed and resized and it was very expensive to have 3 pieces done. Customer service was great though.

Worst customer service I've experienced. Who ever answers the phone is a liar. Refused my business for not wearing a mask. No one in there had a mask so I was confused. I called in advance to make sure I was good to show up for my needs and to make sure they were opened. Never not once did they mention you must wear a mask to walk in.

They helped build my daughter her wedding band-cared about what her and her husbands input was/even showed them the mold that was created. We bought my wedding set there when my husband & I got engaged, and they have been marvelous on helping me take care of it. Langert Netzband will help you find what you want, or help you make it. I thought that a review was due for Langert/Netzband Jewelers. This place has been here for many years. I didn't get a chance to ask one of the proprietors of the place as to how many years they have been at this location.
We come here whenever my wife needs something done to her ring. Most of the time, its to reset a stone on the ring or reset the prongs. You always have to leave the ring there for two to three days to get it worked on. They always let you know what it will cost to do the work before hand. Their prices are very reasonable. We left the ring there and returned three days later

You know the sit-chi-A-tion: you've got jewelry collecting dust in your drawer because it's broke. What's a girl to do? Get your favorite pieces fixed! I finally found a store close by, to repair my one-of-a-kind Bolivian lapis lazuli and sterling bracelet.
Ariana helped me with my jewelry repair order: explaining how they would clean out the bezel (the groove the stone fits inside of), straighten it and then pop stone right back into it, with some glue of course.
I was thrilled to pick up my bracelet, looking good as new and wearable again. Yay ~ I've missed you old friend

I brought my watch here to get a battery replaced. I picked it up a few hours later, and there was a pin missing in the clasp, naturally when I brought it to their attention they deny having anything to do with it. Don't bring anything here, they can't even be trusted with a watch.

Staff, quality and price are excellent . We bought our wedding rings 30 years ago and 5 years ago we flew down to AZ to pick out an anniversary band.

I was looking for a while for a good place to get watch batteries replaced and bracelet straps adjusted. This is the place. Friendly, professional, high standards. The other places I tried, all were missing one of those 3 elements. Langert Netzband does things right, for a fair price. I won't go anywhere else.

Not only did they do an excellent job on a repair they took the time to source a perfect match for a missing baguette diamond in my wedding ring. When returned it was as beautiful as the day we bought it almost 30 years ago! Excellent service and beautiful craftsmanship.

Peter and Andrea are two of the loveliest people. The store, while not the flashiest jewelry store, is functional and set up for the safety of its workers. Once inside, you will be treated to some of the most unique and beautiful pieces.

If you done want a cookie cutter wedding ring or something special for a gift, you will take the time and browse around. If you want to be creative and have a little time, they can create whatever you can dream up.

There wasn't a 0 cause that would be what I would choose. I went there to get a gem set in a ring. I purchased a setting and it went to be sized. It was silver and they told me they might not be able to size silver! They charged me 150.00 dollars and the quality was horrible! They told me they might have to put solder balls to make it fit, and it would cost 150.00 dollars. It came back with no balls and it still was too big. I took it anyway and they still charged me 150.00 dollars. I wore it 2 weeks and one of the side stones fell out. You would think they would check the stones when setting

I'm sorry; this place is just weird. I stopped in one day (the open sign was showing), opened the door, and found myself caged into a small area, fenced off with security bars. There was a little knobby thing that could be turned to release the "door" into the store, but it was locked. There was a sign on the bars, "By Appointment Only." Well, then, why is your open sign showing? I waited about 3 minutes and was about to call the store using my cell phone, when a man's voice said "Be with you in a minute."

After I found out that my previous jeweler sent all of its items to Langert Netzband for work and that I was paying a higher, middle-man price, I decided to go directly to the store. My first visit was about six years ago. The place was very nice and the customer service was top-notch. I could not have been more pleased with the work I had done on two of my rings. I went again this week and was so glad that I did! The jeweler worked fast and did such an exceptional job on my rings. They are wonderful!

I don't know how this place could possibly have less than 5 stars. I've been here several times for different reasons. The first time I had several antique pearl strands that I wanted restrung. That was 4 years ago and they still are hanging on beautifully. I just went in to get a ring appraisal a week ago and the man at the front was extremely helpful. I feel like I could have talked with him for hours. I left the store feeling informed and educated on my ring.

We shopped for engagement rings from both two national stores (that advertise like crazy) and two local jewelers. Ultimately we wanted to support local business. This jeweler gave me an amazing ring at an incredible price. He also included the appraisal (can you believe some stores don't?).
