We had a very small wedding, rented some table and linens. When I was setting up I was shocked at how bad the condition of the high stools and chairs were in. When placing the linens on the tables noticed there were burn marks on one of them. I thought bummer for me but what was I gonna do.
Much to my surprise when we returned the items the owner GiGi blamed the burned linen on us.
Not one person smoked at our party nor did I have candles on the tables.
Yes she charged us for her burned linen. We feel like it was totally rigged.
Shady way to run a business.
Will go elsewhere every time

Terrible customer service. Sad. We had used previously when it was SC Party Rentals. I had called on Friday to reserve one table and some chairs for Easter. The charge was still pending. Somebody in my family was put in the hospital and I had To cancel my Easter party that I was planning on having. When I called to cancel the lady was rude and would not issue me a refund. It's a week away. She has lost us as a customer. Hopefully she realizes that without renters there is no rental business.

Sadly I will never be able to use party makers again. I try to support small business even if their equipment is old. I have used the for 15+ years for bbq events but this time Their manager Gigi decided to keep my deposit claiming the unit not to be clean. The grill was clean. Clean! As if I were responsible for the wear on a beat up bent grill. They have come to be shady and dishonest. I'm done.

Sadly, I had to end my 10+ years relationship with SC Rentals AKA Party Makers. I returned table clothes with small wax drippings on them and she said, "I am going to charge you for new ones." I told her, "This is why you guys have bad Yelp reviews!" She exclaimed, "I don't care!" "Go to Yelp! We don't care." I finally told her I would take them home and remove the wax. I took them home and cleaned them and returned them the same day. So sad when businesses don't value their loyal customers.

I had 2 extremely disappointing experiences with Party Makers and would not use them again. The first was about a year ago when I rented tables, chairs, linens etc for a party. When I got the items to my house I noticed the linens were so dirty and torn they were unusable, the chairs were supposed to be white and had black scuff marks all over, and everything was in bad shape. Sadly I didn't open everything up until they were closed so I had to make it work. I returned the items and sent them a message to let them know about the condition on the items but heard NO RESPONSE.

Please do not use this company, they are very difficult and rude to deal with. We rented two outdoor heaters and they arrived in three separate pieces and the quality was horrible, they looked like they had been banged up for years. We had to assemble them, which was different than the year before. New owners? Not sure. As with any event, I had enough on my plate and the last thing I needed was to assemble heaters. I called and they said that's how they are doing it now because people change their minds on where they want them etc...They are not friendly on the phone once they have a problem

The quality of the items I rented were horrible . I rented a canopy tent, tables and chairs for a nice back yard dinner party. The tent was in the worst shape and so filthy, the poles were rusted, just plain ugly! I was so thankful it was dark so you didn't have to see it.
I felt like we were sitting in a dirty camping tent. The chairs were dirty and the tables were so old the metal edges were coming off and sticking out and in fact very dangerous.
But the tablecloths were in great shape.

With Anna to setup the time and rental agreement. She was super accommodating and helpful. I had a truck so I did not use their delivery services. Will definitely rent from Anna and her team at Party Makers again for Friendsgiving!

I had a horrible experience with this company. When I came to pick up my order, part of it was wrong an the girl blamed it on me. I wanted 2 matching glass beverage dispensers, but she ordered me 2 cheap plastic ones. I asked for a refund, but they only wanted to give me store credit. Eventually, I got them to give me a refund.
When I got home, I realized the chairs did not match, and they were old/falling apart.

They didn't honor their "Receive 10% OFF Your Next Purchase Just for Mentioning Our Web Site." I asked them twice but they said the items we rented were too expensive to give a discount on. It wasn't worth arguing about since my wedding materials were at stake, but as you can imagine it royally angered me and left me feeling taken advantage of.
Next on the list: I asked them a total of 6 times (2 phone calls, 1 visit, and 3 emails) to send me an order invoice. I only got it nearly 2 months
