We rented a karaoke machine for my brother's celebration of life. The screen did not work at all. The wires were old and kept not working. He had to come out and fix it. 10 mins after he left same problems happened we called him again and rejected our calls. Also the mic didn't work even after we changed the batteries which were dead. Juan was super rude and kept telling us it's not our fault even though he was aware of the issues with the monitor and cables and warned us they were old. Now we are stuck playing for a machine that didn't work and a experience that was horrible on a day we were trying

Ruined the party! The mic didn't work, the screen kept going in and out the lyrics weren't showing up. Nobody could use it. They came to fix it once but it stopped working as soon as they left and they REJECTED our calls and ignored our messages. No apology and no attempt to correct the issues. We couldn't even use the machine and they refuse us a refund. Absolutely do NOT reccomend this company.

We celebrated my niece’s graduation last weekend. We called JC margaritas and party rental and we rented a karaoke machine and photo booth. JC showed up early and set everything up before the party. He was very professional and the service was excellent. We a had a blast! It was so much fun. I would highly recommend his company.

We rented the double machine with strawberry margarita mix and pina colada mix for my husband’s 40th birthday party. It was a hit! J.C was completely accommodating with drop off and pick up. Great service all the way around. Everyone loved the drinks. Very affordable, easy to use and great for a party. Thank you J.C for adding the icing on the cake to my husband’s celebration. We would highly recommend his services to anyone. Such a blast! Thank you and we look forward to future renting. No party will be complete without a margarita machine in the future!
