Reported my mileage incorrectly during service to Autocheck making it a pain to try and sell my car. Service was ok, but had to return after having my car for some time because the part requested to be repaired was not done the first time. I don’t have a problem with any of the people there, they are all mostly nice, but the communication on their team is subpar at best

Had my new screen door for 2 weeks, kept telling me "we'll get you an estimate to paint it" finally called after 2 weeks and he gave me a ridiculous bid. Took it elsewhere for a third of their price. SHOP AROUND!

If there were negative star ratings this place would get it. Took my car there to have the clutch replaced, $1200. Within a week the clutch went out again, took back fixed. Another week clutch went out again, took back supposedly fixed. Another week clutch went out again took back supposedly fixed. Left this time and it was grinding going into 3rd gear, just 3rd gear. Called em they tried telling me it was grinding into 3rd gear when I brought it, complete lie, but still told me to bring it back, so I did. Sat there for 2 weeks for them to say today we arent fixing it and basically to get a lawyer

I really do not like to give a bad review, however this is the second time they have dropped the ball. I have used this company several times over the past 5 years and the quality of their work is the best. They fall down on customer service. The first problem was when they promised me a loaner car to get the repair work done and did not have a car available. I confirmed the loaner in the morning and it was NOT there when I arrived in the afternoon. This caused me to have to go to great trouble to find a rental car at the Toledo airport at MY expense. I took my car for a repair last week. The Mechanic Josh was very clear and communicative. He made sure I understood what was going on and provided regular updates. My car was fixed and I'm back on the road. Thanks Josh! Great prices.

I can't think of anything good to say. They must have gone to hell when management changed. Jenny at the desk was incredibly rude, the damage was under estimated and required my insurance to come out twice. They didn't think to take off the bumper for a first round estimate. 2 weeks past, before ordering parts. Promise dates were missed by more than a full week without reason. In the end they had my car for nearly 2 months for a fender bender and charged thousands over the initial estimate! They had no concern for me or my lack of car. Do not use.

Roberts Collision incorrectly estimated the repairs and had to amend the estimate and call out the insurance adjuster 3 times. They would not return calls for updates. When I did get through to the shop the Lady I spoke to was VERY rude and condescending. They lied to my face as well as on the phone regarding the status of the repairs. The repair was estimated at 2-3 weeks and took over 5 weeks. The cost to repair doubled per their original estimate. They were very unprofessional. I do not recommend them. There are many body repair shops in the area that would love to have the business.

I've been taking my car to Roberts Collision & Service for oil changes and other basic maintenance since they opened and I've always been satisfied. Keep up the good work.

Took my car in for an APPOINTMENT that I had made to get my brakes done. I had to call to see if my car was done. They then told me that they hadn't even got to it and wouldn't get to it till the next day. The girl I spoke with was rude and not apologetic at all. I have gone to this place for years and always had great service, (only reason I gave 2 stars) but ever sense they changed owners they have been horrible on several occasions. I will differently not be returning after this.
