I love the location. I love my view. But after two years here, management continues to disappoint. Management is friendly, but they do NOTHING to make the experience of living here special. I've had meal deliveries sit in front of the office for days without being notified. When i finally discovered this, I emailed how disappointed I was that no one had alerted me. I was referred to the legalese of my lease agreement that freed management from responsibility of packages, despite their claim of "package concierge" as an amenity. I can't imagine NOT alerting a resident of a food delivery simply because

Been living here about 2.5 years. Bunch of positive things to say about this property : (1) Great location - not too far from the city and also right next to the highway. Backyard connected to the reservation which is awesome and also very quiet at night. (2) Great staffs - Very professional and nice. Few times a month they organize cute and refreshing free food/giveaways/events for kids/adults which are enjoyable. (3) Very clean property - Amenities, gym, hallways... OVERALL this place totally deserves five stars!

Fuse is in great location. I have already lived here for a year and a half. I was planning to continue living here. However, I am tired of the constantly broken appliances (old and cheap) and it takes a long time for them to get fixed! The staffs here are not ready to help at all. For example, we did not have hot water and heat for 3 days in winter. The technicians are not efficient. And they always step in the bedroom to fix mechanics with their dirty shoes on, making the carpet really messy. Even in this situation, the manager refuse to do carpet cleaning. I am really disappointed of this apartment

I've lived here for over two years. If you have a dog, the location is hard to beat given the proximity to so many different walking paths and parks. Having the T station and grocery shopping nearby is nice, too. Another highlight not to be overlooked has been the staff: Kayla, Diana, Sara, Scott, and James. They've been so responsiveness and kind to address any questions/requests and maintenance issues.

To say I love Fuse is an understatement! It makes me wonder how I ever lived anywhere else. The scenery is beautiful and a very convenient commute with the Alewife stop right up the road. The Fuse team is always very kind and quick to help find solutions for any questions or problems that pop up. Could not recommend more!

My family started the Fuse lease last August and we really enjoy living here. The people (residents and Fuse team) here are very friendly. The amenities here are all well-designed and well-maintained. I like the sundeck and the pool yard best. Almost every weekend in the summer, we shall bring our baby to the pool. The beautiful Alewife reservation is just next to us. T station is just 5-minute walk from us. As far as I know, the Valet Living Trash Collection is unique among all the luxury apartments in Alewife. In one word, the experience of living here is amazing!

We've been at Fuse for almost 3 months and love living here. These reviews were important for us in deciding to choose this place so I wanted to share that we've been really impressed with the responsiveness and attentiveness of the staff (Diana, Scott, and Sarah), and with maintenance. Any small issues we've had (a light off in the microwave) have been attended to immediately. The common areas are well maintained and cleaned by the cleaning staff, who also are great. We live on the side of the pool area and had concerns about possible noise over the summer but, so far, pool users leave around

I could not recommend Fuse more!! Not only is it conveniently located (within a very short walk to the Alewife T station and right next to the freeway), but it also offers covered parking. It also has a great gym, pool, courtyard, and common spaces to do work or hang out. The Minuteman Trail and the beautiful Alewife Reservation is right behind the building, and we take a walk there almost every day. The interior of the apartments are gorgeous, the appliances are new, and there is an in unit washer and dryer. We are so thankful that we got to quarantine in such a comfortable and beautiful apartment

I have been a resident here. I have had so many issue. I requested that my tub to be fixed. When I left for work yesterday I could take a shower it would have been hard due to the faucet. But it was there. When I got home from work had no facet period and now where the hell I going to shower. I also have some cabinets and I have been waiting since the summer for them to get fixed. And I have two drawers that have been broken since I moved in. They tried to fixed them. But it broke then when they tried to fix it a second time. That is how I wound up with a broken cabinet. So also at the front

Been living here for a little under a year and I've loved it. The staff is super nice (Thanks for answering all my questions Gianna!) and responsive. The location is convenient to the T (Alewife) and grocery stores (TJ's + Whole Foods) and take out options. The rental prices are reasonable; you won't be breaking the bank for what you get (gym, pool, zen garden, etc).

My husband and I applied for a 1 Bed apartment at Fuse and paid $500 of a holding deposit.
On May 8th, 2020 Jordyn, Sales & Marketing Associate, let us know via email that our application was denied and confirmed that we would have our holding deposit back within 30 days.
It's been more than 30 days since that time but we have not received a holding deposit yet. So I sent an email to Jordyn but she has not responded.
I called Fuse and I was told that Jordyn is no longer working for Fuse. People change their jobs sometimes, I get it. But my understanding is that another Fuse

Fuse Cambridge is a wonderful community with some key pros and cons, detailed below.
PROS
#1 I am a fan of Bozzuto Management. They are always very attentive and respectful of the residents. I have never had any issues with the management. Any time something has come up, they have addressed it. They do have some staff turnover; that said, I think the management roles are designed for turnover. I would prefer to have the same team for longer tenure, but it is my impression from having been in 2 Bozzuto managed buildings for over 6 years that this is not how they design their teams. I wish

Out of all the apartment complexes I have lived in up and down the east coast over the past ten years, this location has been my favorite place I have lived in by far. The management and maintenance staff are superb. They are always extremely attentive and caring to each of their residents making sure their questions or concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This is the first community I have lived in that actually listens to it's residents when it comes to suggestions for improvement which is also a huge win! The community events are always fun and engaging and the units

If you have to live here, pick the highest floor as possible. Because I can assure you noise coming to wake you up from your neighbors or people upstairs. Noise insulation is a joke here.
When it comes to management team in the building, I don't see any point of them being there. Maybe some occasional chitchat maximum.

We love living here! We just signed our lease for another year and have very few complaints, and those complaints we do have are handled by the leasing staff quickly and without issue. It is in a perfect location (our backyard is a nature conservation land and the T is just a 5-7 minute walk), there is extra storage available if you need it, covered parking if you have a car, a state of the art dog grooming room if you have a furry friend, a courtyard with grills, etc etc etc. Too many amenities to list. There is plenty of street parking for guests. If you plan in advance, you can also request

This complex has nice amenities and all but the apartments itself are cheaply made. Appliances constantly break and it takes forever for them to fix it. ALSO PLEASE NOTE: The parking here is horrible. They did not think this through when building out the parking structure. There is very little parking for guests (They have like 2 -3 spots available for "future resident" visitor spots, but thats it! And they're usually always full.). So if you're looking to host an event or have someone over, good luck with finding parking!
I would urge you to look at the apartment complexes

Look, I really want to give Fuse a 5-star review. The building itself is very comfortable to live in and my neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I'm really digging the layout of my unit as it's really the perfectly designed 1 bed/1 bath. The pool area and grounds are gorgeous, along with the indoor and outdoor common areas.
I was also kindly and swiftly given the option to pick another parking spot after I realized the first one I was assigned was too narrow.
The 3-star rating is due to the MAJOR package retrieval problems I continue to run into week

I moved to Cambridge in early 2016 and found this building and it was perfect. I lived here for just over a year and loved every minute of it.
First off the design of the unit was just perfect. Perfect layout with floor to ceiling windows and stainless steel appliances. I had a parking spot inside the garage to store the car but to be honest I hardly drove during the time I was here. The Alewife redline train station is a short less than 5 minute walk away along the Alewife reservation trail. I loved the fact that I could walk to the train in only a few minutes and I didn't even need to

Staff at Fuse are HORRIBLE!!! They don't respond to maintenance requests, they completely ignore building and fire code violations, they come up with unreasonable policies (door mats are tripping hazards apparently) and remove tenants property without notification - and then place them in the trash room!!! They seem to have trouble with all forms of communication - the garage doors, elevators and other entryways breakdown every other week and they can't even put up a sign to let their tenants know what the issue is or when it will be resolved. This isn't luxury living, it's

I love this place! Sadie and Maddie made sure my boyfriend and I had the best experience possible moving in. I have no complaints.
Our 1 bedroom apartment came with little prestige brand soaps and shampoos, and even some snacks and a Charlie Card loaded with $75 worth of rides upon move-in. It's a spacious feeling apartment with floor to ceiling windows in the living area. The kitchenette comes with plenty of cabinet space and counter space as well as cute little island with two extra tiers for more storage. The washer and dryer is right next to the bathroom. They're a bit small but

We've lived here for a few months, and overall it's been great. The backyard opens up to the Alewife Brook reservation and the Minuteman bike trail, making it super-easy to get around town on foot. Also very close to the Alewife MBTA. The building is brand new, and the remaining construction doesn't get in the way of enjoying the amenities. The gym has all the equipment one would want, and there's free Peet's coffee and wi-fi in the lounge.
I'm looking forward to the summer, as the pool overlooks the nature reservation. From the different bird calls today, there

I logged into my Yelp account just to write my first review since 2011 to provide feedback on the sales people here.
I show up a little over 4.30 two times and asked to see a Studio apartment. Both times, I was told to come back later and make an appointment because the place closes at 5. You have an interested customer who knew exactly what he wanted to see and you tell him to come back, interesting strategy.
Also, why is the leasing office open until 5.00PM if all showings end at 4.30? Why not just close the office at 4.30?
Maybe that's why the building is still empty. . . most working
