The windshield in your car is made of laminated safety glass, designed to withstand significant force, which increases safety in case of an accident. This type of glass has two separate pieces of glass with vinyl in between, laminated together using heat and pressure to solidify the glass.
Because there are multiple layers in your windshield, when a small object such as a rock strikes it, usually it just damages the outer layer of glass, so the windshield can be safely repaired without requiring full replacement.In more severe accidents, the glass will often shatter but not come apart completely, because the glass on either side of the vinyl will adhere to the vinyl.

After a disaster of an experience with Safelite AutoGlass my insurance agent asked me to call the people that Turbo. Cory was awesome. You handle all of my issues related to the Safelite horrible experience and reassured me the turbo would get a job done right the first time.
Today they came and replaced the window on my Corvette. They showed up on time. They showed up with everything needed including two people to do the job. They did the job perfectly. No hassle no problem done right the first time.

Perfect! Had an emergency, the associate at the front desk was able to fill me in for the very next day! Their crew called and came out early in the morning for a chip repair! Did not take long at all! The price for the repair was better then having to replace the windshield, so I'm not complaining! Keep up the great work. Everyone was very professional and had the work done in a timely matter! Highly recommend and really appreciate it!
