We also can do restoration work on old cars from the twenties, till now. Found a crack in my windshield and it started getting bigger even though I barely drive now in quarantine. Called around to see who could fix it. The quotes were running $120 or so. This gentleman quoted $75. I drove out there and in 30 minutes, he had the crack fixed to the point where I can barely tell where it was originally. Super nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Called to inquire about a quote and the guy who answered (Blue Bell) didn’t seem to enthused to be at work. Nonetheless I proceeded to give him the make and model and he gave me the quote which I appreciated. But here’s where it goes down hill. I asked what was their availability and he asks me why? I mean in retrospect it may have just been his demeanor and approach. It’s evident I’m looking to replace my window and his company was someone I was interested in replacing it for me. This is the place to go! Can't beat it. When my car window was smashed, I called all around trying to get quotes and recommendations. Kenny was BY FAR the most reasonable and accommodating. If i could give zero stars I would. Called to get a quote on a windshield replacement. He asked the make and model of the vehicle so i told him. (It's a high end luxury vehicle) His voice lifted, and repeated the make and model and said "Im not even gonna quote it." Guess he doesn't like making money... Would not waste my time with this guy ever again.

I agree with the other reviewer, I think phone etiquette and professionalism needs work. I shopped around based on price. Safelite was too pushy to schedule me and they kept increasing the price for everything little thing. In the end, I chose Blue Bell Glass, because of the price.
The day of the appointment, I arrived at the location and wasn't sure I was in the right place. It was basically a house with no signage, It looked a little seedy and I wasn't sure I was in the right place, sure enough, a guy comes out to greet me and take down my information.
