If you would like to get tattooed by me I prefer to do my own designs ive drawn already. I like to tattoo traditional style tattoos and that's about it, if you want to get tattooed theres about a 3 month wait. Send me an email and tell me your ideas. If im not the best for it I can refer you to an artist that more suits the style youre after.

My boyfriend wanted to get a tattoo on his birthday and called to make an appointment. He was told they'd only be doing walk-ins that specific day, so we were just going to show up. When we did show up, the artist informed us that he was the only artist there and he had a fully booked schedule. Just confused as to why we were told there would only be walk-ins that day when he booked himself up with scheduled appointments.

I was told I could get a free tattoo, but unfortunately the artist didn't realize when the shop was closed. Another artist at least made an attempt to try and accommodate my needs but unfortunately it didn't work out. He gets an "A" for effort. They look like they do great work I just wish I could have been tatted there.

Scooter was awesome he carefully and quickly lined up the piercing and put the needle through and showed proper cleaning and maintenance for the piercing. The shop overall was welcoming and pretty funny, just joking around with everyone while maintaining a professional appearance. Great atmosphere and chill people.

On a whim, I decided to pierce my nose. I walked in to Above All Tattoo and they were able to accommodate me right away. Everything was super clean and everyone was extremely nice. I was so happy with my experience at above all tattoo. It was such a fun and nice environment and I felt so welcome there! They were so attentive to the details of the design and talked me through everything. Such as how changing the size or certain placements might affect the overall shape. Everything was focused on making sure the tattoo held up the meaning it had to me and size and placement didn’t affect or distort the design. I was really impressed with the attention to detail and the super encouraging and pleasant tattoo artists. 5/5 would recommend to anyone in the area!;)

Went with one of my friends to get our second lobe piercings before heading to college, kind of a last minute decision. We saw All Above had great reviews so we showed up as walk ins and Scooter helped us out right away. He was super friendly and really awesome with his input, suggestions, and aftercare instructions. He made us super comfortable and got our piercings done quickly. Awesome dude, awesome place, highly recommend.

Scooter did an amazing job with my double helix! He told me the pros and cons of various placements and took into account the type of jewelry I would want to wear. Went in with a friend to get nose piercings. Both of ours were pierced at a horrible angle and we weren't given jewelry choices- just given SS screws that were too big even with swelling. Went to an APP certified place to get my choice of/properly fitted jewelry about a month later and learned the gnarly bumps I had were from both the jewelry being improper and irritation from the angle. After a month of my new titanium flatback, the bumps from a bad angle going through too much flesh never healed, so I had to take it out. Story reads the same for my friend. Bummer. Wasted $163. Should have

My cousin and I walked into Above All with a pretty short window to get a tattoo since I was visiting out of town. Kurt worked with us right away, he was super cool, wicked friendly and accommodating. He was able to come up with the exact pieces we wanted on the fly, and both of the tats look great. His line work is clean and I had an awesome experience working with him! Def recommend!

Kurt does it again! This is my second time coming to Above All and this time was even better than the last! My best friend and I came again, and got bigger tattoos, but the price was excellent for the quality of work and artistry Kurt delivers. He is personable and makes you feel at home when you're in the chair. He isn't sitting there trying to shred your skin and get it over with, he really takes his time and pours into his work all the while cracking jokes and getting to know you! We sent our ideas and Kurt took it further and made it into something that was totally ours! Thanks Kurt

Went in for a nose piercing, was told a 30 min wait, waited over 45 min. The 2 girls in front of me were so nervous, giggly and taking forever. I get it, piercings are exciting and nerve racking, but come on. The piercer was totally flirting with the 2 girls and taking his sweet time. Maybe if I had gone in without my husband he would have been a little quicker. Overall service was terrible, and $70 for a nose piercing?! Glad we left and went to Mission Beach Tattoo right down the street. Service was a complete 180.

Above All is super clean and their artists don't have the rockstar, cooler-than-thou attitudes. I was able to walk in and talked with a couple of them before deciding on getting work done. Bennett gave me great feedback on my idea and created a great work of art. I understand COVID-19 is still a thing, and I'm not here to judge or be judged, but if you're dead set on getting a tattoo right now, Above All observes and enforces the new safety protocol to keep you, themselves, and the others in the shop safe. They do amazing work and stand by it 100%. Will come back for future pieces

I had such a great experience here! My boyfriend and I got lip tattoos here Around January and the guy who tattooed us was really chill and and explained everything about lip tattoos before tattooing us and about the aftercare. Great experience overall and I plan on coming back
