Our pump failed on our system and we looked on line and found what we needed but we needed it NOW. So we called B & C Septic and they had the part within an hour. Not only that, if we bought it online we would have a one year warranty but since we got it through B & C and they are a dealer, we get the 3 year warranty! They were both awesome to work with

Bob and Cheryl run a Great family shop, Jim too, They're a knowledgeable, very helpful and responsive local small business and there when you need them. They are great people as is everyone at B&C, I've been a customer for 18 years. Their pricing is fair and they work around the bad weather we've had as best they can. My experience has always been, As soon as the ground will let them on site, they are there.

I can't say how amazing this company is to deal with. I was having a real problem with my septic and it was on a Saturday. Well, I called these folks and in less than an hour they called me back and a truck was on the way. Jim came out and gave me a real education about septic systems. He clearly explained my options and took care of the problem right away. Even though it was Saturday afternoon he patiently answered all my questions. I can't say enough about his knowledge and politness. Whatever level of service I need these people will be who I call !! Thanks so much for everything!

I have a septic issue that requires multiple pumpings a year. Bob and Cheryl are great people and remember me when I call. Quick and easy scheduling and they are always out within a few days of calling.
One weekend I needed an emergency pumping due to an upcoming event at my home. They were my first call on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately I did not get an answer from them. I got a call back the next day (Sunday)from Cheryl apologizing and explaining that they were at a family wedding. I thought her personal attention in calling me on her own time on a Sunday to apologize very kind and I did
