Frustrating seeing the great reviews for this company, it’s the reason I selected them. However, my experience with this business was poor. I required septic service at our house in January this year and Steve came out and could not locate where the drain field was on my property and made his way all the way to an elevated area almost in the neighbor's property and started digging and looking for the mounds without asking the location. When his workers came out to do the work, they went straight to the location behind the septic tank with no questions where it is located.

We have been using this company for 13 years and have been very pleased. I left a message early this morning to request service as the line to our septic seemed to be blocked, and a technician was sent out by early afternoon. The technician, Pernell, was professional, helpful and friendly, and the problem was solved.

Fantastic business to deal with. I rented 4 portapotties for an event at my home, the girl in the office was very nice and easy to deal with and the delivery driver was super friendly. He was able to put the potties exactly where I needed them to go. Pick up was easy and painless too! Would definitely recommend George Allen to anyone.
