We will spend some time getting to know you while listening to your health concerns and goals. After obtaining a good picture of who you are as an individual, a treatment plan will be created based on the information you shared in the interview. Most standard initial visits are 75-90 mins and include acupuncture, tui na (Chinese therapuetic massage) and possible cupping, herbal and dietary recommendations.
Corrective Exercise is a technique that leverages an understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics to address and fix movement compensations and imbalances to improve the overall quality of movement during workouts and in everyday life. Corrective Exercise is used to help assess and determine the root cause of imbalances and faulty movement patterns that lead to issues with posture, balance, and total body coordination.

Appointments with Kere are always a highlight of the week. Her patience and deeply personalized care has helped me rethink what to expect and seek out in my holistic health care. She's a deeply skilled acupuncturist—I feel instant relief but also carry the benefits from her treatments into the rest of my week—deeper breathing, better sleep, more feelings of calm and 'groundedness.' Kere is more than a gifted practitioner, she's an attentive listener and it's clear that she cares about you and your ongoing health journey.

Two things happened in March 2020: I experienced a rotator cuff injury & I lost my sense of smell after Covid-19. Luckily I found Kere. My doctor said I needed surgery but after working with Kere and her amazing “hands”, my shoulder has healed. Thanks to Kere’s excellent training and her true intuition, I’ve also regained my sense of smell. She is so warm and compassionate, it’s a pleasure to be under her care. Thank you Kere!

Kere is amazing!!! When I started going to her 2 years ago, I was a mess and a half with many issues ranging from gut imbalances to anxiety. I always swear that acupuncture is what helped me truly heal and actually feel better when all other conventional forms of treatment failed. Kere really listens to what you need and delivers every session! I always feel so much better after a session with her and look forward to it every month!

Paz acupuncture is a warm and inviting atmosphere. Kere Paz treats her clients with a personal touch and upmost care. Getting needles put it has never been so gentle. She also takes the time to see what is bothering you and tends to that concern during that session. I would not go anywhere else in the area for acupuncture.

I canNOT say enough great things about Kere Paz and her gifts as an Acupuncturist. I have grown in my healing so much, it is hard to put it into words. Her presence is warm and inviting and her ability to connect with what is happening in my body allows me to surrender to the healing that is taking place in all of the sessions we have. Kere is not only talented but compassionate, kind, and holds space in a way that I am certain would invite healing for ALL of her patients. Do not miss the opportunity to experience a healing session with Kere and begin (or continue) on your path toward your body
