We did a master bath renovation after 30 years. The shower had to fit custom and be hand made. We considered shower kits and box solutions plus install and considered it too risky to go wrong. We had quotes from 3 shower glass companies and only Autums glass sales rep. Mike was willing to work with us on price and delivery/ install. Installation was smooth and the door is working fine no post install adjustments after 2 months. Happy to recommend Mike and his company.

Autumns glass installed Shower door and panel in our Master bath. Within 2 years there was gap between door and panel. They mentioned 5 years warranty but did not respond to my repeated call. Finally they gave me a date on one of the Friday. I waited for entire day but Mike didn't show up. There was no call to apologize for not showing up!
Since then its one month and they still didn't respond. They are very nice during first installation but they will leave you dry once you face any problem. Terrible customer service and totally un professional. Don't fall for their low price, you

Then had to threaten him numerous times to go to court, right before court date he finally paid via my invoice system., this was thai apts week. Took 7 months to get paid.
Now about his work. I drew a schematic of exactly what we wanted, happened to have a corner shower door with tilt transom window above, he said no problem, and could be measured and executed with in a couple days. Well, he met with my clients and changed door and transom location, made the door wrong, had to remake, by time all is said and done took over a month!!! Unaccepatble.
He never had any intention on paying me. I am

Autumns Glass installed neo-angle frameless shower doors on February 20, 2018. They leaked on the floor from the bottom of the doors starting with our very first showers. Workers were sent to replace parts several times and then the owner came and replaced the same parts and re-caulked. The doors never stopped leaking. The owner made many appointments and never showed up after I rearranged my work schedule. In July he asked me to send a video after we took our showers which we did. I contacted Autumns Glass for an emergancy....I own a business and our front glass door had gotten cracked. They quoted me a very affordable amount for replacing the glass in the door, came out right away to to measure and replaced the glass the following day!
