Had a terrible experience with this company. Two workers walked into my house when asked to wait outside
(they were two hours early.) I walked into another room and asked them to please wait by the door. When I came back 2 minutes later they had come into my house, walked through my living room into my kitchen. They opened the wrong window that needed repair, and , because the windows get a little stuck in the humidity, they jammed the window opened and ripped the wood off causing terrible damage. I was in shock that they walked through my house when asked to wait by front door.
I was furious

I could’ve gotten a bit of a cheaper price but i went local and tried and true. Ive cheaped out before only to regret it. Things you learn in do time. They did a great job installing new glass and even went the length and retaped my coming soon sign onto the jew glass. One less thing i had to do that i was expecting to do. Great job. 5 stars!!

I've depended on Monmouth Glass for more than 30 years. They helped me when I owned and managed 8 apartments in Asbury Park, and they've replaced my windshields a time or two as well. This month (Dec 2020), they replaced a storm door at my home. It was tricky because our door is not a standard size, and the installation required that they very carefully pry away the molding surrounding the door frame and then re-attach it. I called Monmouth Glass with an urgent job and Bonnie patiently worked with me and fit me in during my required timeframe. The work they do is amazing and they really listen to your needs. The techs work very quickly yet expertly, and we are extremely satisfied with the finished result. We will always use them for any mirror and glass work for our business and home needs. Just finished a big project with Monmouth Glass and we are very, very happy. We created a ballet studio at home with one wall floor to ceiling mirrors and a home gym with three very large wall-mounted mirrors. Bonnie was very helpful throughout the process. They did their own measurements. The work was excellent with close attention to detail, the price was fair and they left no messes. I highly recommend Monmouth Glass to anyone in need of a glass or mirror project, big or small. I will use them again, for sure!

Bonnie is just simply so nice to work with and goes the extra distance to help find the best solution or product that fits my needs. Vinny and William just delivered my newest purchase, a glass top for my living room cocktail table yesterday - and the attention to detail for placement, cleaning the glass, etc. was really impressive. I was able to work with Monmouth Glass recently, and they were great! Bonnie was very patient and worked with us to ensure that we were getting exactly what we imagined for our business. The technicians who came to the premise to take measurements were professional and insightful. Our mirrors looks perfect, and we look forward to working with Monmouth Glass in the future.

They said it would take two weeks to replace our sliding glass door. It wound up taking three months in total. At first, it took five weeks for the door to come in. They never contacted us about any of the delays. We had to repeatedly call them. Even when they said that they would look into things and call us back by a certain date, they wouldn't call and we'd have to follow up with them. When they did come to replace the door, they discovered that they'd ordered the wrong size door, leading to more delays. They also left broken glass from the old door all over our lawn.

We wanted to shop local for a shower enclosure. We bought the door and had a problem with the installation. Their customer service was AMAZING!

They came back and fixed the door addressing the smallest details. Initially I was ready to offer a bad review but they truly redeemed their business after an installer made a mistake.

We could not be happier with my new frameless doors. It was my first time inside Monmouth Glass although i have seen the place for years... I'm glad i finally came in.... (i was concerned that removing my existing doors would be problematic, but this was not the case). Bonnie greeted me warmly and showed me the selection. A short time later I had a true master installer (Vinny) Install the shower doors with care as well as perfectly. I would recommend Monmouth Glass Company in a heartbeat! !

My wife and I wanted to get an antique mirror and figured we would try Monmouth Glass. From the moment we entered, Bonnie was extremely helpful and friendly and guided us through the process. We took some samples home, chose our favorite and in a reasonable amount of time, ( 3 weeks +/-) we had an absolutely gorgeous mirror installed! My wife dealt with the installers who were very nice, neat and professional and did a truly impeccable job. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Cheryl, who helped us choose some beautiful rosettes that made a HUGE difference in the final look of the mirror. I

I have had a custom mirror made from Monmouth Glass and a glass Shower Door made so my past experience was good. However, I decided to call Monmouth Glass for 2 broken windows and the first time I called they were on the phone and would call me back but never did. Then the 2nd time I called they would send someone out to give me an estimate on replacing the broken glass. I then called 2 days after they came to estimate on the glass and I was told the estimate was on their desk and they would get back to me with a price. It's been a month and I'm still waiting for the estimate. I guess
