As a second generation State Farm Agent with over 42 years of insurance experience, I'm proud to protect our community. I opened the doors to my first State Farm office here in Wayne, PA in 1978 and was honored to have established a second location in Newtown Square, PA in 2016. My wife and I are longtime residents of the Malvern area, where we raised our three children.
We're so fortunate that today, our three children and six grandchildren all live locally. My two oldest children are both also State Farm Associates and we're enjoying watching them flourish with this outstanding enterprise. My family and I stay active in the community and enjoy getting to know new friends within our great local organizations.

This is long overdue, but Lisa DeNicola at State Farm is a rock star. I can't thank her enough for her assistance this past summer.
I had to come to the painful decision to let my Elantra go and get another vehicle (and in a short amount of time). Lisa endured many a phone call and email from me to help me along in this process. One day I was sure about a Subaru and had her go through updating my insurance. Then maybe like a few hours later, "Uh, Lisa, I'm going with a Hyundai instead. Can we reverse what you just did?"

I have been with Steve DiOrio and his office for over 30 years. It is with good reason - he and his staff have always been attentive, professional, responsive and thorough. We have had Steve as our insurance broker for over 25 years and he has always been incredibly responsive. Most recently I needed a very quick turn-around on insurance for a new vehicle. I called him (on a Saturday) and he answered on the second ring and within 10 minutes I had my insurance card emailed to me! Great service!

I had a complicated claim related to camera damage (personal articles policy). They were always responsive, easy to reach and guided me promptly through the process, including making calls on a Saturday. At other times when I have had questions and had to change coverage the same was true and they regularly responded to weekend emails! The State Farm claims department was also easy to work with.
