In accordance with Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, we are taking in customers by appointment only. If a client must cancel an appointment, they must notify us within 48 hours of the schedule appointment time. All clients will be placed accordingly to maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from other people except during service.
Temperature of every employee and client will be taken. If it exceeds 100°F, employees will have to leave, and clients will have to reschedule. Additional time is included between appointments to accommodate for enhanced sanitation procedures and to prevent client contact. All employees are required to wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including but not limited to face masks.

New Talent ~ Graduate of prestigious Aveda Institute; attended shop training and under supervision of Senior or Master Stylist. Senior Stylist ~ Stylists with minimum 3 years or more experience; completed advanced training. Master Stylist ~ Stylists with minimum of 5 years experience; attended all advanced training.
Service Refund: Your satisfaction is important to us; if you are not satisfied; notify us within 3 days of services and we will be glad to fix it at no charge. However, there is no refund on services. AVEDA Retail Products: Store credit will be issued for unused products only within 9 days of purchase with receipt to show you purchased from Camilla Day Spa.
