This review is solely based on customer service.
I have called many times no one ever answers the phone. Ive left two voicemail never gotten a call back its been weeks. Ive sent multiple emails and no response back from those emails. I got a ultrasound sound done which included a live 30 min video which never was sent to me. The package included a video and pictures only got the pictures. They ultrasound tech got nice pictures and she did good. But i didnt get everything i paid for in the package so thats very upsetting! Especially when they dont return calls/emails to resolve the issue.

I was really happy with the experience, they took their time in the 3d ultrasound to get the best pictures. The tech was super sweet and accommodating. My child was not though, sorry about that.
I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an extra sneak peek at their little one.
Excited to try their other services with my preggo friends later on. Thanks for the wonderful day!

Larisa is amazing. She is professional ensure that the massage is perfect and to your liking. If you like her to go harder and apply more pressure or if you like less pressure she adjust to your needs and what your looking to get from the massage. New owners are very professional and courteous. The remodel looks very updated and beautiful. Jason was super nice and flexible to squeeze me in with the new hours. Great safety measures for Covid-19. Super clean and relaxing. This place is amazing.

Tawana J is truly amazing. She really listened to my needs regarding pressure before my prenatal massage. Her aura and professionalism set me at ease and it was an overall relaxing and pleasant experience. She really has blessed hands and that was the best massage I have ever had in my life thus far! Went here for a private ultrasound at 24 weeks because my husband hasn't been allowed in to any of my OB appts and we were SO happy we chose Belly Love! Carly couldn't have been friendlier, she showed my husband everything, got great pictures of the baby, and we loved every minute of our ultrasound. Can't wait to go back for our 3D one in a few weeks!

I've been going to Belly Love since I was pregnant - 2016/2017. They are wonderful. I've continued to go regularly after I had my daughter because it's not just for pregnancy massages. They offer many wonderful services and awesome products. The owner, Natasha and all of the staff are wonderful and caring. You should definitely check this spa out!!

This is actually my first time writing a review. My experience was so great I had to. I purchased the pregnancy spray tans on Groupon for my maternity photo session. But honestly I was not expecting the professionalism, kindness, and services offered during my appointment. Natasha did my spray tan and was so comforting, explained everything and was super clean. Me and my husband are coming back next week to get a 3D ultrasound, since he hasn’t been allowed in for my OBGYN visits. How cool a spa and ultrasound boutique that literally caters pregnant woman?! I had an induction massage on July 10th with Deanna and went into labor on July 11th! The massage was very relaxing and even if it wasn't the cause of my labor, it was still a great experience. She used acupressure as well as clary sage essential oils during the massage. Deanna is fantastic and she will talk to you during the massage if you want or is happy to just let you close your eyes and drift off. Highly recommend Belly Love for all expectant moms!

I had the absolute best experience today when I surprised my mom with a 3D/4D live sonogram of her new grandson. Carly was the tech and she was beyond accommodating, patient, and meticulous with the getting us the perfect pictures. My baby boy was being very stubborn and Carly used all of her magic techniques to get him to turn around. I would highly recommend belly love to anyone looking for a personal up close look at their little babies. I can't wait to go back next month for another look of my little boy :)

Beautiful office. Great serene setting. My massage therapist was exceptional and so soothing. I blacked out during my massage so it was a huge success! I felt great afterwards. You can even pay $25 for a 30 min nap. I definitely recommend this as a baby shower gift for an new mother to be or Just a great present for any expecting mother.

What a special experience! Truly as good as it gets. Had a 3D/4D ultrasound today, and it was amazing. From the sweet accommodating reception (I was late due to traffic) to the spacious cozy US room with a comfy couch for husband, it was like watching the most interesting movie ever. And of course I was absolutely smitten with the technician Carly, nice, professional, knowledgeable. She even gave me more time than I paid for to make sure we got the image we wanted. You guys absolutely made my day.

I had by far the best experience here! I had my 3D/4D ultrasound and my tech was Carly. She made it by far the best experience I could ask for. We got so many great pictures even though my little man wanted to move all over! My husband is getting me a massage there for after I give birth and I cannot wait! I would highly, highly, highly recommend this place! You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I went today and got pampered. It was a wonderful experience. The masuce Sabine Dessources was top of the line. She knew exactly what to do and always made sure I was comfortable. This was not my first maternity massage so I have others to compare it to. I then received the manicure and pedicure service with Gladys which was super attentive and a perfectionist. Everyone was very pleasant and respectful.

This is a great place! I got a prenatal massage, I'm 18 weeks and just wanted some relaxation and I definitely got it here. The atmosphere is relaxing. The receptionist is very welcoming and pleasant. My masseuse was amazing, wish I remember her name to recommend her but I'm sure they're all great. The room itself was very relaxing in temperature, lighting and music. My masseuse offered to adjust the lighting, temperature and music which is a great option although everything was already perfect enough for me. Loved my spa experience at Belly Love. Kristen gave a wonderful massage addressing all the areas I needed to work on and giving just the right pressure where it needed. The lady who did my manicure and pedicure was attentive and patient. A week later I still have my beautiful mani&pedi. I came tense and worried and left relaxed and happy. That's what I call the real spa experience. My only suggestion is to have a sauna or steam room and a room to hang out between the procedures and relax. That way I could schedule multiple treatments and spend there all day.

What a find and what an experience you will undoubtedly have at this facility. I simply cannot say enough about how fantastic this place is in every category imaginable. I was fortunate enough to find this niche business and actually have a 'sip-n-see' aka ultrasound gathering here with only my very close friends and family. Considering my first two showers and the extravagance I wanted to avoid, this was the perfect intimate and low key get together I wanted in its place. Belly love not only helped to make this vision a realization, but they did so with the upmost kindness and professionalism

Great place for a little prenatal pampering. Had a wonderful and intense (I asked for it) massage with Tatiana (I hope that was her name - prego brain). It was fantastic. My only complaint was that I could hear voices in the hallway - chatting and it was a little distracting for me. I also had a mani/pedi with paraffin treatment with Melanie who was a total sweetheart and did a wonderful job. The environment is warm and welcoming. I intend to go back for a 4D ultrasound.

Came here with my husband for a couples pedicure and we had Melanie and Amanda. They were fabulous. The stations were clean and very comfortable.
Came back in a second time and this time booked myself a pre-natal massage. Amy was my therapist and she was WONDERFUL! The ambiance was calm, welcoming , and relaxing. The table was comfortable (it's very hard for me to get comfortable these days as you can imagine) which is a HUGE deal for me , and she knew exactly where to apply pressure where I Needed it the most.

First time I went, I tried their hot stone massage and it was just wonderful. I got a gift certificate for me and fiancé to do the 4D ultrasound. Their packages come in such a great value and the ultrasound technician that helped us, Nicole, had such a fun attitude, we enjoyed every minute of it. My fiancé got me a gc and was able to purchase the Belly love package and was so grateful to have met Amanda. She is funny, knowledgeable and very accommodating! The reflexology is a must! I can't wait for my next appointment with her!

Great experience! It was so relaxing and exactly what I needed! Everyone there was extremely nice. Loved the pictures from my 3d/4d ultrasound, although my baby was not cooperating :). The tech did a great job at getting some good pictures.
