JB IRRIGATION & SERVICES began as an irrigation repair service company in 1999. Since then, we have expanded to offer a full range of residential, commercial, and institutional services. The owner, Justin Bielamowicz has a Bachelor of Science Degree from The College of Education and Applied Science at Sam Houston State University.
In a nutshell, a service call is an on-site visit to your property for sprinkler repairs by a members of the JB IRRRIGATION Service Staff. The Service Call is usually initiated by the customer. The customer simply contacts us by phone (fastest response) or you may use our Online Service Request Form, where a service representative will set up an scheduled appointment time or time window with you.

JB irrigation came to winterize our property . Our yard is large and complicated . Daniel took the time to check every area , make repairs and make suggestions on modifications to protect our system .
Additionally when I requested a modification he pointed out that in fact that modification would be unnecessary and detrimental to our lawn . Saving us unnecessary expense .

I had the guys come out to complete a repair to my sprinkler system. They were supposed to set the timer as well so the water and come on Monday Wednesday and Friday at 5a. I have been checking the system regularly because on Monday morning, the sprinkler would be on at 8a and then come back on at 930. Well I called them to advised that the service they were supposed to provide was not done properly and that the system was coming on only on Monday. Well I was told that I would be charged die then to come back out and fix the timer. Not happy.

I have been a customer of JB Irrigation for many years. We purchase their yearly maintenance package. If we don't call them to schedule a visit, they contact us. As far as I can remember, they always arrive within their window. Over the years, we have had to have heads fixed and leaks repaired (our system is almost 25 years old). Each time, they've been able to fix the issue in conjunction with their maintenance visit. We've never had to call them back out to remediate a repair.
They give an itemized bill for parts/service when they've needed to do repair work.

We had water leaking in the front yard. Kevin Garcia was the service technician that repaired the broken part . He was very prompt ,pleasant, and efficient. He explained everything in detail. He discovered there was also another leak coming from the city piping. We had to have the city come out. Kevin left it open so the city could get right to the problem. The city person asked me who had done the previous work. He stated that whom ever had worked at the site did a really nice job , Kevin is definitely an asset to your company! We were very pleased with his service!

Called them to fix my sprinkler system. They came and charged me 125 to diagnose the issue(they tried to charge me 155 instead), after that, they said all the repairs would cost me over $800.00 ON TOP OF 125 diagnosis charge. I had to pay them diagnosis for not doing anything at all AS THEY wouldnt leave if not paid. Later another contractor charged me $200.00 to fix everything, no diagnostic charge at all. No one should pay just to get a quote. I want to give them negative star if I could. DONT USE THESE GUYS.

Multiple visits to correct issues and charge service call fee each time. Not very big on customer service. The only reason I used them was because the previous homeowner did. No call no show for one appointment and missed the 3-6 pm appointment today. If you like bad customer service and unprofessionalism; this is the irrigation service for you.

AVOID JB Irrigation!!!
I had a small leak at the cut off valve near my cut-off valve. I did not have the time to change it... So I contacted JB Irrigation. I have had them do some prior work on my 2 previous homes and this one. They were always professional and reasonable - UNTIL NOW!
I was told that they did not have the cut-off valve with the drain on it. That I would have to replace the entire back flow preventer. Big mistake trusting them. I was working from home and could not "supervise" their work. It was late and starting to get a bit dark when they finished. SO I was not able

Exceptional service and great communication. Very courteous, clean and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my zones not working. 2 other sprinkler companies came out and 'fixed' it. 2 days later the problem started again. JP Irrigation (Moses) came out and found a short in the wiring.... fixed it quickly.... cleaned up the other sprinkler company's messes and the price was less than I paid for each of the other 2 competitors. They are my only call now in the future.

I hired JB Irrigation & Services to find and repair a pipe/sprinkler leak in my front yard. I paid $158 in parts & labor for a new sprinkler valve...but the water leak wasn't fixed! JB returned two days later and replaced a PVC pipe joint, charging me an additional $322. So, after two visits and paying $480, my leak was finally repaired. JB Irrigation only accepts cash or checks and payment in full is required the same day work is performed. This company's labor rate is $105/hour for first hour and $95/hour for each subsequent hour. I researched other sprinkler contractors

I had excellent repair service from these guys. I had a low water pressure problem in one of my zones and they were able to come out the next day. They also figured out the problem very quickly and made sure that all of the sprinkler heads were working properly (and getting good coverage) before leaving. I was pleased with the professionalism and expert knowledge of my serviceman. Would definitely use them again!
