We discovered a leak in our sprinkler backhoe after the terrible winter storm hit us this past week. We just sold our house and the inspection is being done today . We called before they opened at 7 am this morning. We explained the situation and within 30 minutes they called us back and told us they would have someone out to the house between 9 and 11. Before the inspection which is at noon. Ricky and Marcos came showed up at my house before 10 and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Ricky and Marcos and awesome! This whole company is. These guys really went above and beyond for me today. Returned home after work this morning to find that my overflow/back flow valve was damaged from this extremely cold weather we had been having. On top of that, with my lack of knowledge in regards to our sprinkler system, I had no idea where to start. I contacted the medic and they were at my home within 30 minutes, diagnosed and replaced the valve within another 30 minutes. My Sprinker Medic repaired my irrigation system post freeze. They responded to a phone message left over the weekend and repaired my system promptly. They had the parts available, did the work as advertised, and for the price quoted. They are not a giant chain and are truly local (not just a local phone #).

I had a leaking valve and Ricky came out fixed it at a reasonable price in the spring. So, after getting some new landscaping done, I had Ricky and his team review and recommend changes to the system to ensure adequate watering. They ended up spending 10 hrs to perform a thorough relocation and replacement of a large number of sprinkler heads. After the project was completed, Ricky came back out and walked through the system, adding and changing a few heads to ensure adequate pressure and coverage. All this for a reasonable price with no up charges. I would definitely recommend these guys

Today I had a missing sprinkler head replaced and a couple of others on . the same line cleaned. They were on time; worked quickly to make the repair; but also took the time to make sure the rest of the associated heads were working properly. This is the second time I have called on them for service. Both times they have been very professional. They are my go to irrigation company.

Let me start out by saying Vanessa and her husband Ricky seem like very nice people. However my second experience with their company was very expensive and done poorly by Victor and a helper. They charged me $800 for 5 hours of Labor along with 1 valve at $175 and 70 ft of pipe and 10 sprinkler heads for a total of $1,506.00. I did call and let them know that I had to have some additional work done since another one of my valves was not working and was able to get a company that was working next door to my house to replace the valve which they charged me $85 for the valve and $75 to for the labor

Rikki (the owner) came to the rescue after our sprinkler system electrical lines were hit by lightening. He came out to our house twice in the evening to meet regarding the repairs that needed to be done and his guys that replaced the system did an excellent job. The prices were fair and the work was excellent, but the thing that made us go with them over others was the customer service (quick response, coming out after house to not have to take off work, and repairs were done quickly).

I recently used their services and overall was not very impressed. I found the company on Yelp and read all of the glowing reviews and was very hopeful that they would be true. So far, not so much. Everyone on here seems to have dealt with Ricky (I did not) - I dealt with another technician. I did however receive initial contact from Ricky using Yelp and that was actually really quick and appreciated. Though pricing was not initially talked about I did have to ask as he was not upfront about it. There was a service fee for coming out and then we would go from there.

Our sprinkler system had a slow leak and my husband could not find it. After calling one other company that came to look at it, he could not find the leak. Rigo advised that it was a leak in one of the valves that we did not know existed. He changed two valves and reset our controller. I made an appointment and they sent someone out the next morning. Cost to replace valves and locate leak $400

I came across Ricky and his company by chance. He was working on the sprinkler system of a nearby neighbor so I stopped and asked him to take a look at my system since I knew I had damage from the hard freeze. Ricky just left my house and he did a great job! He fixed the problems I knew about and did a full review and assessment of my sprinkler system. He found other minor problems that he either fixed or showed me how to fix. Very nice to have a contractor willing to show me easy fixes that I can do cheaply rather than pay him to do it.
