Laser Derm was a great experience! Michele was absolutely fantastic, she explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. She was super attentive and I couldn’t have appreciated that more! The salon was super cute and festive for the holidays. This will definitely be my new spot considering I am new to the area and needed a place that gave me a great feeling!

I will not be going back here for 3 reasons:
1. I felt like my service was rushed
2. I purchased a “Chemical peel” via Groupon which turned out to be something completely different then a actual chemical peel, and I saw no results from the procedure.
3. While scheduling my appointment, I asked if I could record my procedure (record myself, no one else) for my YouTube channel and I was told yes. When I arrive, I was rudely told I could not record at all.

I cannot say enough great things about Laserderm and the absolute best people that work there! Starting with Meg at the front desk who is always so warm and friendly, she makes you feel at home even when it is your 1st time there (she also whitens teeth ladies and gentlemen). Rosemarie has been taking care of me for almost a year. I started with the Carbon Laser peel (which is amazing) to micro needling. She always explains everything that she is doing and takes her time, and answers any and all questions. You can tell that she is passionate and loves what she is doing, it truly shows, as I count

Super clean, found them from a referral from my friend. Staff is really friendly and there is parking on site. Laser tech walks you through the whole process on your first visit - I got a tattoo removed and am on my 4th treatment. Going great so far!

Love coming here customer service is outstanding, they are very friendly and most of all the work that is done here is definitely the best! I’m on my 4th session and my tattoo is almost gone! If you come here ask for Rosie she is the best period.

Prior to this treatment, I have had 5 LHR treatments at another spa. That said, I know the results that I should be seeing. 1-2 weeks after treatment, most of the hairs should be falling out and no new growth should be seen for several weeks. A few days after my session here, my hairs started coming through at the same rate. However, not all of them began to shed. There are patches of hair in the area that are not shedding. When my session ended, I expressed concerns to the technician because there were patches of my skin that were not red (redness is typical reaction to lhr) so I was afraid some

I have been very happy with my experiences at Laserderm. I got several microdermabrasion facials before my wedding here. They also helped me find products that would work best for my skin type. I love their serums and Jane Iredale make up! My skin never looked better! I highly recommend!

This was my second visit to LaserDerm and on both occasions I had Heather. She was great. I have been able to get good results with the Fraxel Laser treatments. I would also recommend the micro-abrasion after a few days you can really see the difference. It smoothed out some of my deeper lines and brought a more even color to my face. I am pretty cost conscious and at LaserDerm the prices are high but when you compare it to some other places in the city its not as bad. If you are looking for a new place its worth the trip.

My husband bought me a fraxel laser treatment for Christmas. Heather did a great job!!! It really works beautifully, especially on the wrinkles and creases around the eyes. I also had a VBeam treatment on some recent scarring. The outcome was remarkable. l will definitely be back!!!!
