The Former DP&L steam generating plant closed its doors in the mid-1980s after eight decades of operation. Several attempts to revitalize the historical building failed and the city of Dayton took ownership of the abandoned property.

Currently here for a christmas event. The inside is very beautiful. Definitely recommend for weddings or large crowds. The parking is the only downside. I had to go find people to move vehicles for me to even get my truck through. It's not even that big. The spaces cause some confusion on how far back they can go.
