Services
We love people and we want all of our guests to know that their most important of days is ours as well. We'll do everything we can to make it the best, most unforgettable experience possible. Executive Chef Todd Smith has been in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years. He started Eloquence Catering more than 20 years ago and now runs it with his wife Krystal, who manages the day-to-day operations of the business.
Our in-house food service is provided by Eloquence Catering. Todd Smith is your Executive Chef, offering a variety of buffet-style and sit-down menus from which to choose. But the sky's the limit at Eloquence. If there are special dishes you'd like to serve at your event, just let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate you!
Here at Light on the Hill, we handle a wide range of events and work with you to make sure everything is just right. Your event may be one of many that we host, but it's everything to us on your special day! From Birthday Parties to Corporate Events, just tell us what kind of atmosphere you'd like to convey and we will do our very best to see that it happens.

Beautiful place both indoors and outside! The owners are fantastic to work with in every way. The place is already very beautiful so very little decor is needed. I used the venue for a homeschool dance with almost 200 people. The owners were there when I needed them, but not micromanaging everything.

I can't say enough about Krystal and Todd. They made having our daughters wedding at their venue PERFECT! Not only were they extremely helpful the days before but the day of made sure we had everything we needed! Even saved the day a couple times! The venue was beautiful and everything our daughter and son-in-law wanted. Their entire team was wonderful! We also had them cater a fajita bar, and the food was excellent. Thank you Todd, Krystal and family for everything!

Krystal and Todd hosted our wedding day at their venue and is was absolutely breathtaking! I have never worked with such great people who care so much about their community and how they can help to make your day perfect! They truly put in a lot of work to make sure the day is exactly how you want it! Their venue is absolutely gorgeous and I got so many compliments throughout the night! Anything I needed Krystal was so attentive to making sure I had it! They also catered for our rehearsal which we had at the barn and Todd’s food is delicious! This is a great place... We were here for a wedding. The wedding was set in the back of the property. Very secluded setting, with a gazebo for the ceremony. The bride was hidden behind a set of sliding barn doors. There is plenty of shaded seating on both sides of the isle, for family of the bride & groom. It is a very country classy... The reception was in their reception hall. Looks like a pole barn, but looks are very deceiving. This is a clean place, very nice country setting. This was the perfect venue to have your big day at! I can’t say enough good things about the owners and their willingness to help in anyway possible to make each step of the way perfect. Krystal was always available with questions every step of the way. Their food was also delicious! I would highly recommend their venue for weddings or any other special events and use their food service for those occasions.
