Angela from NiteTrane helped me via e-mail and phone call to schedule a shuttle service that would be best for my group of 8. Our driver Ken arrived on time for both pick-ups and was very friendly. He even offered to pick us up early if our event got rained out - which I really appreciate! Overall great experience. Would book again.

I booked the 20 passenger party bus for a birthday party and the people at Nite Trane are absolutely amazing!!! Their team is very communicative and makes sure to accommodate your requests in every way they can, and Angela is absolutely amazing. The driver was right on time and very respectful. The bus had lots of space and had the perfect set up for my group. The only thing I would recommend is that the bluetooth system be updated a bit more than a speaker bolted down to the top of the bus. Other than that, I totally recommend this company!!

Angela, this one's for you! I would NOT recommend Nite Trane for your transportation needs! I was surprised by my family in celebration of my retirement to a concert and transportation by Nite Trane. Although a transportation service was rendered on the night of the concert, I found out later it was supposed to be so much more. The wrong vehicle was provided and the communication throughout the negotiating/rental process (one full month prior to event) was sketchy, at best. My whole family was so upset, I was compelled to call the company and attempt to rectify the situation and get some clarity

I would NOT recommend Nite Trane Transportation to anyone who is looking for a service to transport their friends/family around for an event, especially a special event. I work for a Twin Cities family owned transportation company and we would never dream of providing the level of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE that we received from Nit Trane. Their customer service people are extremely unorganized as we when we were clear what type of vehicle type we were looking to rent, they did not provide us the details of our service rental until 2 days prior to the event (despite being asked to provide details numerous

Very, very disappointing service by the owner/ reservations personnel. We were celebrating an annual family event + a teacher retirement. People coming from 3 different states, to see the Backstreet Boys. Wanted to surprise the newly retired with a PARTY BUS so our family could ‘raise the roof’ together. The party bus was scheduled, reconfirmed by the establishment, requested a copy of receipt and confirmation, but it never came for weeks - asked several times - ‘sorry, we’ll send it shortly’ - never came - until 3 days prior to event. The receipt now said COACH not party bus. We tried

We used Nite Trane to transport our wedding guests from our hotel to the venue, then back at the end of the night. Nite Trane was incredibly responsive getting back to me with quotes and other requested information. The prices are very reasonable and inclusive. The booking and reservation process was a breeze. The drivers showed up on time and all of our guests all made it safe. Drivers were also very courteous and helped people in and out of the van. 10/10 would book again.
