My experience was going great. I felt cared for and like everyone was up to the moment in communication regards to my treatment. The ICU nursing staff was EXCELLENT as were the doctors.
However when I was moved down the hall to a quadrant room, things changed drastically. First of all it was filthy in there. When a new doctor on my team came to speak to me, he was completely unprepared and not up to date with the situation. He did not know what the doctor previously had ordered. They didn’t even have an antibiotic cream requested by the doctor at that level. The nurses there were sweet and as

I received very good care during my stay. One doctor was very rude in the ER when I first arrived, but everyone else was terrific. I want to give a shout out to the nursing staff, and a special shout out to Kevin my CNA on my last 2 nights. He helped me make it through a difficult 2 nights.

I have been cared for by the people of Corona Regional Hospital more than a few times. I have always felt safe and very well attended to. The whole staff is friendly, caring, very hard working and knowledgeable. The ER is very well run. This is my hospital of choice.

Honestly this is towards the staff checking in at the emergency room not a single sense of compassion or understanding. Very rude talks to people as if they are a problem and as if they are animals. It seems as if there is an issue with treating people with respect and kindness in the check in at the emergency room. How hard is it to be nice especially when your dealing with individuals who are sick and need help.

Nurses are wonderful however, the front desk is consistently awful. The women working check in seem to enjoy being as difficult as possible, appears to be a power trip situation, you should probably screen your volunteers to make sure they are the face you want representing your hospital. I could understand if it was once or twice I encountered a rude one, but my mom has been there for 3 weeks and I have yet to encounter even one friendly order even compassionate person at check in.

I brought my Dad to the ER because of complaining of bad hip pain and he's 90 years old. Instead of trying to get him out quickly because of his age, we went back and forth four times seeing the doctor, getting xrays etc. I gave up and left because we had to wait again to get his vitals taken, we had a diagnosis by then but I was fed up and left, he was very tired. I'm trying very carefully to look after his health, because of COVID, and it would be nice if this place would do the same for elderly people.

The Staff was amazing to my husband. Every nurse, doctor was definitely concerned with his well being and took good care of him. ICU were great, and when I called they were very glad to give me updates. I am glad that I continued his care here and am grateful for a healthy outcome.

Staff was very professional and caring. My Nurse Dustin was very attentive and he was always checking up on me and also was very caring and helpful. He did a great job taking care of me and making sure I felt better before discharging me to go home. I definitely felt way better by the end of my visit and thats all thanks to Dustin and Doctor Martinez for working hard and making sure I had everything I needed to cure me of my inflammation/pain.

I came through an ambulance for a reason. I was in a lots of pain in my lower back at sciatica nerve. But. I was tossed around at a different secretions of the emergency department, sometimes at a random places where you feel like homeless with no one is attending to you while you are asking for help!! They put me around on a wheel chair at places that the workers sometimes had to move me around out of their way. But, with NO compassion what so ever.
Just 2 days before my visit to ER, I was admitted in the Torrance Memorial Hospital for similar reason where I had nothing, but 100% positive experience
