AllIE was TOTALLY AWSOME and REALLY HELPFULL !!! DEFINITELY ASK FOR ALLIE IN HELP PICKING OUT GLASSES!! She was so very helpfull and kind getting the whole family taken care of !! We got a great deal and she was so sweet and kind! 🤓 we will definitely be back for again!! 😎👍 The Doctors always take great care of us and always make you feel comfortable excellent care all the way around!!

Wonderful doctors and the optical department is great...especially with kids! My son is hard on glasses and Allie in the optical department was so helpful in helping us find a pair of frames that would hold up better than what he has had in the past and even talked to us the possibly getting prescription sports googles. Thanks Allie!!!

My prescription is very hard to make looks nice. Allie has helped me so much! She went out of her way many times to make me feel comfortable in my glasses. I went to this office for the first 30 years of my life. I stopped for a few years and now I’m very glad I went back.

I loved the eye Doctor but the optical lab needs to get it together. Been waiting since June 2nd for my new glasses that I paid $510.00 cash for them on that day and I still don't have them. Twice now they have sent back the wrong lens vision.

My parents go here. Right now neither one can drive. Every time they have an appointment we are there AT LEAST 1 hour! WHY? Today they are just doing a quick check-up because she had cataract surgery yesterday. Appointment was at 9:00 a.m. it is 10:15 and still sitting here!

I have been a client here for over 15 years and have had mostly good experiences. Recently my glasses broke and i needed them desperately for work. Not only did Nicole Heyduk have a frame of mine already in but she put my lenses in them and i left there with what i needed immediately! Thanks Nicole! Dr. Smith and the staff at the Eye center are amazing. Dr. Smith cares about her patients and explains things to you. She takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns. The staff is very friendly and top notch customer service. The glasses people will even take the time out to help you find a pair of glasses. No, they do not rush you. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and the staff at the Eye center for any of your optical needs.

Yesterday was my first time here. I arrived shortly before my appointment time and was seen maybe 5 minutes later. Everyone was wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable. I am used to seeing the assistant and then waiting upwards of 10 or more minutes for the dr to come in at other places, but yesterday I was surprised to see the dr immediately following his assistant. My insurance coverage was discussed with me in an easily understandable way and I left knowing exactly how much my contacts or glasses would cost me. The staff was friendly and professional. Although very busy throughout the office, there was very little waiting time. Dr. Rellinger was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and concerns easily. I would recommend both Dr. Rellinger and this office for anyone's eye care needs.

My family and I have always loved the eye center. Have been coming here for years. Good doctors and great with kids. So a letter comes in the mail that they no longer take the insurance that I've had for years. It guessing because we work meanial jobs and can't afford the big insurances we are no longer accepted. Yes I'm talking about Medicaid. The lower income and poor folks insurance. So much for their stellar reputation by my family. Go ahead and get your big bucks from the other insurances. Good riddens to you!
