Genoa Family Eyecare specializes in full scope optometry. Dr. William Kegerize is a therapeutic optometrist which means we can diagnose and manage ocular diseases. We do many diabetic examinations per day and communicate all findings to the patient's PCP. We see patients from just a few months old to over 100 years old.
Optometrists are considered the primary eye care physicians and have a team of trusted specialists we refer to for each specific need. We treat most nonsurgical patients in house and all surgical patients are co-managed for patient convenience when insurance allows.
