Female clients can be more sensitive right before or during their menstrual cycle and may want to avoid appointments during that time.
Gift cards are available in any dollar amount, and are good for all products and services at Image Enrichment Group. For the person who has everything, our gift cards make great gifts. Many people won't allow themselves the luxury of a facial, but love to receive it as a gift. They are perfect for birthdays, bridal and baby showers and holidays.
Elaine has a VERY steady, gentle hand. She has been practicing for decades, and the treatments have been successful. She is very friendly and talks to me about all sorts of topics to keep my mind occupied during treatment sessions. She has experience working with clients with a huge range of skin tones; this is important because it seems correlated to the damage electrolysis can do to your skin.

Sharon Dela Torre is an excellent electrologist. She has a lot of experience and is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the stages of hair growth and the removal process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for permanent hair removal. Her office is extremely clean and the atmosphere is professional. She also makes good use of technology by sending text message reminders to schedule future appointments. Sharon make the process so efficient.

I feel cheated with the choice of treatment and charges.
Method with heat isn't effective on coarse hair and same hair grows back quickly as oppose to Galvanic. Same hair grows back needs to be treated multiple times to get the result with heat (thermolysis) method. I won't prefer it as other method practitioner gave me guaranteed that treated hair won't grow back. I expect the practitioner to know that and act upon the research and fact shows which method to use on what type of hair, rather than hoping patient will stick around spending.
I told Elaine what type of treatment I had before but

Elaine Staats provides great results, goes the extra mile for her clients, and is a very nice person. I have gone to several electrolysis professionals. Elaine is the best. She has eliminated the thick coarse hair from my face and other parts of my body more quickly than other Electrologist said it would take. She is meticulous and has never caused me any problems. In addition, I have unusually sensitive skin. Before Elaine I couldn’t bear to have more than four or five hairs removed from my upper lip per session. Even using LMX or Ela- max it was too painful. It would have taken me years to

Elaine was awesome for my first time doing Electrolysis (I've done Laser before). She was very nice and it didn't hurt very much. The redness went away in an hour. Will definitely go back to her. Also there's a Groupon for half off first session! With additional discounts on Groupon my session was only $20.

UPDATE: I sited a few resources links for info which isn't per Yelp guidelines. I never asked for any discount. Rather groupon was available but I didn't prefer and was told that it was going to get canceled. Anyways, After this statement no need to read anything. I said I'll decide so came out and waited for 5 min. Elain's entire response is a good lie due to bad review. I don't know where she got the race thing..seriously? ! You're going racist lie on me over a review. One more reason to avoid this person. Yikes! The unprofessional behavior. I'm done here.

Elaine is fantastic. Not only is she very patient in answering questions, she is very straight forward with her input and guidance. As a first time electrolysis customer, it was a little nerve racking but Elaine did a fantastic job and keeps up a steady stream of communication so the process goes by quickly. I can highly recommend her!

Elaine is the best electrologist / electrolysist in the bay area.

If you don't care about how hairy you are, or you only need a five minute visit to your electrologist every six months, then it probably doesn't really matter who you see. If you're cursed with being very hairy, then it *really* matters. If you're in that latter group like me, then I highly recommend Elaine Staats from the Image Enrichment Group in Cupertino . Elaine offers the full list of aesthetician-type services. I've been going to her regularly for electrolysis for over three years, and haven't regretted it for a moment. If you have a lot of hair to remove then

I go here for electrolysis with Elaine Staats. The woman is an absolute genius when it comes to hair removal. She really knows her stuff and works hard to make sure she doesn't go beyond your skin's pain threshold. Elaine is also very easy-going.
Electrolysis can be pricey, but it's worth every penny if you see Elaine. Highly recommended.
