I don't really write reviews, but hands down the best experience I've had in medspas is with their nurse practitioner Yvonne! Very talented, gentle with her hands, great eye and absolutely listened to ME! Very knowledgeable and loves to explain and teach, which is so refreshing and I felt very at ease. The place is also just so beautiful and everyone working there are great. I've gone to other medspas in the past, and I won't have anyone touch my face ever again except for miss Yvonne :-)

I felt very safe there. They keep their front door locked and have intercom to give your name and be let in. Acknowledged right away . Everyone is very friendly and professional. I never waited over 5 minutes for my appointment times . I was so comfortable with Dr. Ford a female plastic surgeon. She was so gentle, knowledgeable and totally gave me the time I needed. I was seeking a explant for my 35 year old implants knowing 1 had one that busted during a mammogram in Murrieta. Also after doing more research I decided at 66 not to replace them but have capsule taken out also and not have reconstruction

It's hard not to love this place. I've gotten botox and liposuction here. They have exceeded my expectations in all aspects. The staff is so incredibly nice, I've never had a bad interaction. My liposuction was done by Dr Einchenberg. I seriously couldn't have asked for better result from him. He did liposuction on my bra line, arms and chin. Last time I got botox from Tammy and I honestly adored her. The entire staff is so welcoming and professional.

Had a really bad experience here with Botox. I've been getting Botox for years but driving to LA. I wanted to try something closer to home. I've never had any bruising or bad reaction to it previously. The nurse that did my injections bruised me so bad I have a full on black eye. I called to let them know and they responded with "bruising can happen". Yes, I know bruising can happen (even though I've never had it before) but I have a full on BLACK EYE. Definitely will not be going back here.

Great first experience! The facility was very clean and bright. Sonia was extremely friendly and professional. She listened to all of my concerns and provided all possible options for what I wanted done. The results are natural-looking, but PERFECT for me; I wasn't looking for drastic changes, just a touch-up. I would highly recommend going here.

Had a great experience here. A lil late but want to say everyone was helpful and nice. Beautiful clinic too! Their nurse practitioner Yvonne did my treatments. She was sweet, professional, knowledgeable an very detailed-oriented. She took the time to explain my list of questions, made me comfortable during treatment with her distractors, and gave me a paper after my treatment, which I found very helpful! I can say that I trust her recommendations without a doubt, as I am very happy with my results. Will definitely come back!

They all make you feel comfortable and at ease.I was super nervous at first but that all went away as soon as I met Dr. Eichenberg and Angelica. They made me feel safe and explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who though about having any cosmetic surgery done. Came in for a Tummy Tuck with Dr E in December. Had some complications after and was very nervous about the results. Dr E reassured me that everything would end up fine in the end and he would make everything just right. After I was healed I had a few concerns about my scar and additional fat above my belly button. Dr E brought me right in, did a scar revision and additional Lipo. I love my results! The entire office staff is amazing! Special shout out to nurse Angelica she is wonderful and makes everything so easy for you!! If you are on the fence..just do it!! It will be worth it!!

Best Botox treatment I have ever had. I have been getting botox for 19 years, and saw Dr Debbie for the first time. From the way gentle way she injected, to the placement of the botox, it was amazing. Dr Debbie understands that as we age, botox needs to be placed differently. I have hooded eye lids , and haven't liked botox for a while, it feels heavy on my eyes. The outcome was worthy of praise. Thank you Dr Debbie, you are a master injector.

Nurse Yvonne is excellent at what she does!!! She has made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. I have had an issue with my under eyes that had been causing anxiety and I was afraid to address it, but Yvonne has been nothing but reassuring and I swear what she does is an art form!!! I will definitely be back to see her in the future.

I had surgery with Dr. Rachel Ford on 12.7.20. I have contemplated a Breast Augmentation for 20+ years and had a few consultations. Dr. Ford is professional, approachable and , honest and so sweet you feel like you've known her for years. At 40 years old I did a lot of HW and had a million questions for her and she was honest about all the things I had read. The office and staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. All the COVID protocols were followed to the letter. The surgery center was clean and the staff over there were also very welcoming and assuring. Dr Ford is skilled and delivered

I just met Dr. Debbie Taurek for the first time and I am completely BLOWN AWAY. Having traveled from Virginia at the recommendation of friends, I could not possibly be happier. I have been going to Renuance since its opening many many years ago. It is my "go-to" med spa for all of my needs from Botox to fillers to laser treatments as well as surgery. Dr. Debbie Taurek is outstanding at Botox and fillers-she does a great job at making it look natural.

Let me just start by saying Dr. Eichenberg and his staff are INCREDIBLE! I couldn't be happier with the results of my surgery . I had a tummy tuck , muscle repair , Lipo and breast revision , lift . Extremely disappointed as I am a returning patient. The front office staff is all new and are not friendly at all. They do not know what they are recommending as they recently booked me for something that was not appropriate. Please do not waste your time coming here as they don’t care about your optimal results. Their lack of follow through is also disappointing. Never received a call back in regards to suitable recommendations. They wasted my time sitting in the room for an hour. I will ensure that they don’t receive any referrals from me as I am well known in the community. The staff answering

I have been waiting 21 years to have my breast augmentation. I went to a consult when I was 22, thinking Beverly Hills had all the best plastic surgeons. I was wrong. A lot of them are top notch but there are also many who are terrible. They're there for the name. The consult I went to in Beverly Hills, the plastic surgeon was rude, condescending and careless. I never booked. Since then, I have had 2 children and watched my breasts deflate further after breastfeeding. Like a soufflé that shrank! I have known Dr. Ford for some time now as she has performed my Botox
