Patients can schedule a consultation reasonably quickly as Dr. Newman lives close to his office and sets time aside to meet with potential patients. If you wish to fill out your patient registration at home to save time, please call us and we will fax the forms to you. Please be on time for your consultation as the Doctor makes every effort to respect patient's schedules and also wants to spend adequate, quality time with each patient.
Rachel has been managing Dr. David Newman's practice for almost 8 years. She has assisted in the development and implementation of policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, programs and practices within the practice. Rachel also serves as Patient and Insurance Coordinator, promoting patient care in all facets of the practice.
Dr. Olito heads Orion Anesthesia Consultants, Inc. which provides board certified anesthesiologist services for the Inland Valley. The group's home base is at The Loma Linda University Medical Center, Murrieta and they provide board certified anesthesiologists for the Hospital and for nearby outpatient surgical facilities, including Dr. Newman's Surgery Center.
The Plastic Surgery Center Temecula is located within Dr. Newman's office suite, so you can be assured of complete privacy before, during and after your procedure as well as a quiet and restful recovery. The Surgery Center is a convenient location for patients who live in Murrieta, Temecula, Winchester, Menifee, Elsinore, Canyon Lake and Hemet as the drive to and from the surgery center is quick and easy.

Amazing doctor! If you are looking for excellent quality, service and care Dr. Newman is his staff are outstanding. I appreciated how professional everyone was. It’s clear he takes his job and patient’s care and concerns seriously because I felt safe during consultation to the end of my recovery process. I felt he was caring and compassionate. Choosing a surgeon is a personal process for most and I’m incredibly grateful and thankful I chose him. I’m very satisfied with my results and my experience. I was recommended to this doctor by a family friend and I went in to get a smaller implant and a lift and he ended up doing something new that would not have to cut the breast in a V shape that it would just be an incision underneath mine Ariola. And I have never been one to complain but it’s gonna be a year and my breast look horrible they are down to my belly button and they just are not as great as my first time getting implants yet they emailed me to ask me how everything was going and I emailed them back told him the honest truth after paying $9000 they never told me to come back in so we

Dr. Newman has given me a tummy tuck. That was in 2007. I am now recovering from a brow lift, facelift and neck lift that he did as well. I have received wonderful care. He has been able to answer all of my questions when needed. He takes careful attention to detail and precaution before surgery. When my facelift is fully healed I will add pictures.

Dr. Newman is absolutely amazing!!! He really takes his time to help and figure out what you need and whats best for you. This doctor and his staff are amazing. They take such good care of you during the whole process and are so kind. I was nervous but all my fears were quickly put to rest. I have had considerable damage to my nose due to Basel/squamous carcinoma cancer, which resulted in a build up of scar tissue after numerous mohs surgeries.
Dr Newman knew exactly the procedure that would be necessary to reconstruct my nose. I'm 100% pleased with the results, not to mention post surgery and the follow up visits.
Personable, reassuring, honest, sincere and I might add an appropriate sense of humor, that's is Dr Newman.
Don't waste your time and energy looking for that perfect plastic surgeon as I highly recommend Dr. Newman.

Because of Cancer years ago I had quite a bit of differences in my breasts. My good breast was quite a bit larger, so I had a breast reduction. Was extremely happy with the outcome but didn’t realize the care I had to give myself. Oh my. Dr Newman was really into my half hearted attempt to take care of myself.
He threatened me with the hospital if an infection occurred. So I needed that! Embarrassed I took better care.
His Staff were wonderful. My highest compliments.

I went to Dr. Newman Nov 2018 for a consult on a neck/face lift, this was my second consult as the first doctor told me I would no longer be able to wear my hair up as I would have scars behind my ears going down my neck, that was unacceptable to me as I love wearing my hair different ways. Dr. Newman said, oh no, we will hide those scars in your ear folds. It was obvious I was consulting with a doctor with much more experience. I am 18 months post op now and my scars are virtually undetectable and I am so happy with my results. I highly recommend Dr. Newman!

I had several consultations for a “mommy makeover” (breast lift, augmentation, tummy tuck). From the moment I met Dr. Newman, I knew he was the doctor I would eventually choose for my procedures. My initial consultation lasted nearly 1 1/2 hours. He took the time to explain my options, give his professional opinion and really listened to my concerns.
