I've been here for a month now and I've been having some good experiences in these apartments its very quiet and there's a maintenance guy thats name gabriel made sure everything thing was straight my air had stop working and he came and fixed it now its blowing snowballs. It just these apartments need renovation bad !!!!!

Absolutely do not even try to move here. Management doesnt even want to answer the most basic of questions. I was planning on moving here and my application and initial impressions of management were so bad that I cancelled my move in. I had to pay a deposit which was fine but the office manager would not tell me how much the supposedly prorated first month/move in would be until THE DAY BEFORE. Despite me calling several times throughout the week to try to get this information. I had read the bad reviews and was going to try anyway but if I havent even moved in yet and you're like this how much

Run from this Place FAST!!!!!! This is what happened to my apartment around 3 in the morning with no assistance for maintenance because no one never picked up the emergency phone. I had to stay in a hotel for week and no they didn't assistance me in any way. The people in the office was very rude and no help at all. I had to get a lawyer so that I could get off the lease with no problem. If you are a new couple or a family please DON'T come here.

Review from 2005-2007. When I lived at the Advantages the manager was This lovely lady named Johnny and her assistant was shafika. They were nothing but kind to my cousin and I. We lived up top in the first building, and never had one issue. When my lease ended I then transferred to a unit at the pool. I recommend this location for a single college student. ( not at the pool though.... )

I’ve been living here since March and I’ve been enjoying my stay to the fullest!! Tara & Kiara are the absolute BEST!! They are very patient and understanding!! Any issue that I have which are always minor things they send the maintenance guys right over..!! George assures that everything is done & working before he leave. He will not leave until all the issues are addressed!!
