Mailbox Express website said notary there till 5 and when I went at 4:30 the young man informed me I was wrong and when I showed them so they could keep other people from coming since the notarial service is only till noon I was told to leave. I used to use this service several times a year and my wife was going to come mail some package but never again would recommend going to Elmwood notary and dropping packages at FedEx and UPS directly.

Ups has sent my packages here for pick up twice and both times they got lost. I had to come back the next day after they called me once they found it. Jimmy is the manager he called never apologized and I asked if this call was his way of apologizing he said it doesn’t make sense for an apology it won’t make things better. I feel this place either needs new ownership or shut it down. I will teach all my orders from now on and hsbr them help at UPS because this place is very ghetto. The employees are incompetent the lady who signed for my package never not once looked for it she just stood there

I had to have several documents notarized. The owner/notary was extremely thorough and patient. He guided us through the process of transferring auto titles among other documents. He even took care of the car registration and told us when to pick up our new plate and drop off the old. We were there for about 30 minutes as there was a lot to take care of. He helped incoming customers in between as to not make them wait. He was extremely friendly with everyone and advised them on the cheapest routes to ship and even came up with a better shipping presentation for a mom entreprenuer who was sending
