Can't speak to the copy center part of the business, but think twice before using this as a spot for mail forwarding. For the last three months I have had to call for every piece of mail I've requested forwarded because it has lingered unsent for three or more days (they say things should be sent out in two days max). Really poor experience. Do not recommend.

Honestly it sucks at times to live in New Orleans East because there's not that much access to essentials. I had needed copies and no lie this spot worked out for me. The copy machine was messing up because my sheets were bent up so I literally had to.do the.copies myself. However if they do it for you they definitely charge for the service and then they get their fee for performing the task. I like that the prices are posted for you tqo know what is going on before beginning to use the pronter/copier. This spot is small as HELL! So the fact thT this spot stay packed and busy it's

This business is not transparent in pricing. The website was not updated to reflect discontinued services and then when a solution was offered, no mention was made of the fee that waa charged for looking up an application and printing it, which was unnecessary because the application is fillable on-line. Very convenient for drop off prepaid Fed Ex or UPS and notary but would not recommended for other services.

GREAT place. Everybody behind the counter was focused and busy, but attentive; their courtesy is refreshingly GENUINE. There were seats at the computers that they rent out, where they allow customers to sit as they wait to be served, or as they wait for their orders to be filled. A wide selection products greets every customer from the door to the checkout counter: post cards, birthday cards, keychains, stationery items, snacks and drinks, memoirs. Besides copies, services ranged from lamination to packaging and shipping, mailboxes.

I came in needing quite a few services - fingerprinting, notary (for multiple documents), unbinding and spiral binding a book, a passport photo and of course sending off my documents. Not only was I able to get everything done at this one stop shop, everything was also done in a timely manner! Employees were friendly and able to work seamlessly and swiftly when a rush of people came in behind me. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing little spot for all of your shipping needs. Matter of fact service that doesn't waste your time, professional, and friendly enough to make you want to go back with your business. I purchased a box of coconuts and needed to ship them back to Atlanta. Ran in a few minutes before closing and was happily on my way, receipt in hand, in under five minutes....and the guy helping me ran through a series of shipping price points and delivery dates. Quick. In and out! I'm an absolute fan.

Every time I have come here to mail or pick up a package I have received quick and courteous service. The employees are friendly and capable, moving customers through the line kindly and efficiently—which is much appreciated because it is a small location. Prices are reasonable and items are handled respectfully. The premises are always organized and clean. Definitely my post office of choice!

I have visited Gentilly Mail & Copy a few times because it's near my gym. Everyone there is so nice and friendly and patient! I had several packages to mail and they did not hesitate (or act like I was a pain) to give me multiple cost options. I would highly recommend them and they typically don't have a long wait, if they have a wait at all! Oh and they have MUCH better hours than the PO!!

The best spot for all your nail and copy needs! The employees and manager are all SO helpful and nice. I've had multiple projects that I've needed a quick turnaround on and they have gone above and beyond what I could ever ask for in helping me get in and out in a timely manner. Prices are great and they always help to find the cheapest option for you!

Very convenient location, friendly staff, great hours. They are open till 9pm on most days. As soon as I walked in, somebody came up asking if I needed help. I was literally in and out within 5 minutes. I don't use postal or printing services often, but this center will definitely be my place to go.

Went here to get some paperwork notarized. The first signature is $15 and the rest were $10. The guy at the front didn't say anything for a good five minutes until I was like "Do I get help here or"?. But the man who notarized my papers was really nice. Overall a very good deal. Just took off a star for customer service and difficulty to locate the place.

If you drive down Gentilly or Elysian Fields, you probably wouldn't notice this place tucked in a little shopping center. And even when you pull in to the parking lot (plenty of free parking btw) it looks so tiny and you might not give it a second look. But I finally made my way in there during the holidays and let me tell you, they are kind, quick and efficient! Even though the Usps is only a block away, I would choose this place first. They have several services available including fax, passport photos, internet, computers to use, money orders, etc. They also had work and/or travel items
