We are disappointed with the integrity of this company. A Junk Genie hit and damaged the fence of our building. The incident was witnessed and photographed. We called the company several times, sent emails, left messages and submitted a quote for repair only to be dismissed with no follow through. This will be reported to the BBB. - Condo Board Association.

I needed an old sofa removed. I requested a quote and Kyle from Junk Genie responded right away. His fee was very competitive so I went with Junk Genie for the removal. The movers, Eric & Joey came out the next day and removed the sofa. I highly recommend this company based on the rate quoted, speed of the removal, and the professionalism of Eric & Joey.

I cannot say enough good things about Junk Genie. The workers were clean, polite and professional. They were respectful of me, my house and belongings. They listened to what I wanted and made sure everything was done as requested. I was impressed with their organization and efficiency and how carefully they packed everything on the truck. I called one place prior to Junk Genie. Made an appointment for a quote. Called Junk Genie and talked with the owner. He immediately booked me and explained his business, his ethic with such an air of confidence I didn't have the heart to say hey wait a minute. I didn't have to worry about it. They showed, They did the job and they did a great job! I would recommend Junk Genie to anyone who needs a hand. Cheaper than everyone else too!

Junk Genie was a great benefit to us as they were able to service us the same day we called in. They were able to beat the quote we received from GOTJUNK and a couple other local junk removal companies. The employees were very aware of our home and well mannered. I would highly recommend Junk Genie to anyone who has storm damage or any other type of Junk removal need. We had taken on water during the previous storms and needed immediate relief and are grateful to them for their services.

I recently decided to do my spring cleaning and had a LOT of stuff to get rid of. I found Junk Genie online and I got a call back shortly after. They were able to fit me in with my short notice I thought that was great!! These guys came in and helped us rid of our junk we have been hoarding and gave us a refreshing start. They were very professional and friendly. They were careful and not rushing. I will recommend to friends and others Junk Genie was a big help. Two words prompt and courteous.
