I called Junk Removal 911 based on a referral. As luck would have it, when I called to schedule a pickup one of their crew were in the general vicinity of my neighborhood and they were able to work me into their day. They called when they were on the way so I could plan accordingly. I needed only one piece removed and they were in and out quickly. Their team, Pat and DeVonn were lovely. I'm already making plans to use Junk Removal 911 in the future. Great service, I'm so happy they exist, and I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I would give 10 stars if available! This company is GREAT from calling to getting a very quick response, setting up appointment to receiving a call from Lucky BEFORE arrival. Junk Removal 911 is a pleasure to hire! GREAT customer service! YES IT STILL EXSISTS! Devon and Lucky were amazing. SO efficient and effective , a pleasure to have in my home. After assessing my basement they went to work! They know their stuff.

I moved in to an apartment that couldn't fit my couch into the elevator. I put the couch on buy nothing but also wanted to be cognizant of my new neighbors and the fact more were moving in this weekend.
