Vehicle arrived in good shape, with no hassle with shipping crew. I purchased shipping insurance since our car was new and our auto insurance wouldn't cover a loss at sea if the cargo was lost. The office staff had trouble locating a copy of the insurance policy to provide me after purchasing it, like I was suppose to just trust that it was covered. Hopefully they have that resolved by now. I'd use this company again.

I called and spoke to Adam about shipping my 2007 Honda S2000 from Gig Harbor to Miami on short notice and he took fantastic care of me! Extremely helpful, did what he said he would, when he said he would and was awesome in general. The contractor they hired to do the actual moving of the car was also awesome. I highly recommend this company. :)

After speaking with a bunch of false companies that were just giving me ridiculously low quotes and not moving my vehicle, I don't know whats the point of giving me a low quote just so I can book with them and not actually pick up my car, luckily I contacted Seattle car shipping and they were the first company to actually pick up my car, They told me the price to move my Corolla on that route was 200$ more then the cost the other companies told me, and thats why they couldn't pick up my vehicle, but thankfully these guys picked up my vehicle and delivered no problem.Huge thank you to

I contacted Seattle Car Shipping (SCS) and was connected to Anthony of Global Auto Transportation, I believe one of the owners of the Seattle site. I was very pleased with his communication, and he didn't seem to be annoyed by the endless amount of questions that I had for him. I had never had my car shipped, so I was nervous and I was told so many different things by many places, but something about Anthony kept me calm, and I trusted the reviews on Yelp for SCS. I liked the quote Anthony gave me, and how calm and sure he was of their business. He also replied through email very quickly.

I talked to a guy. He answered my questions, called me back and was easy to contact, and was really nice. But the guy he found for me to ship my car was not a good one. He kept changing pickup dates and ended up delivering the car 3 days late. However, I received very prompt responses from the driver and he was able to address all of my concerns with the schedule and process.

They assigned a trucker but then canceled it within an hour because he driver could not hold my car until the day I could pick it up. Next one was assigned within a day. The car was picked up the day they said it would and was delivered the anticipated date (four days after pick up). Would definitely use again....If needed.

I spoke with Arthur to have a car shipped from Seattle Wa to St Louis Missouri. Total cost door to door under $900! Every other car shipping company wanted to charge on average $200-$400 more. Every part of this transaction went smoothly. They estimated it would take 1 week for delivery, I was lucky enough to receive my car 1 day earlier. The driver called and gave me the ETA and we met at specified location of my choice. My car was in great shape no damages. Very professional company, would highly recommend!!!

I started the process early in February. The price was higher so I decided to wait especially I was not in a rush. I met the driver at a predetermined location and the loading went smooth. The driver was REALLY GREAT! He reached out to me to provide updates on when he would deliver the vehicle. Btw, he went out of his way to help me because my car was very low he took the time to make sure it was not damaged to unload. Everything was great!

I had no complaints last year when I used them, but this year was not so great at all. I scheduled the move ten days in advance, but it was picked up six days later. Not only that but they charged me $795 which I thought was pretty steep. The car arrived safe but the delivery happened 15 miles away.

I locked in a two day window and specified that the car must be picked up by the end of the second day. I was told I would be contacted by the driver 24-48 hours before pick-up. Mid-day on day one I called to check in and was told a driver was confirmed and would contact me soon. I called again at 3:30 pm and was told that the representative I was working with was unavailable, a driver was indeed confirmed, but the scheduling department had gone home early

After doing research I ran across Seattle Car Shipping to move my car to Seattle. They seemed very professional first. I liked the price, signed the contract with pickup and delivery date information. But the hauler was late picking up the car and 2 days late with drop off. And I got surprised how dirty my vehicle appeared after using open carrier.

I submitted quotes on different websites. Once I found the best one, I contacted them directly. There was apparently some difficulty locating a carrier to take my car to Seattle which resulted delayed pickup and delivery. I thought they would be able to provide me with a delivery date and time. I had a tight window. I called 2 weeks before to get a quote and booked about 6 days before I needed it to be shipped from Tacoma. I made my sale rep aware that I needed it picked up no later than Thursday morning as I flew out on a plane that day and had no one else to release the vehicle. Everyone was so friendly in their office, and they offered good insurance coverage which mattered a lot. It was a brand new car and I wanted to be sure I was covered if anything may have happened to it during the commute. I was offered two options, open carrier transport and enclosed car shipping. I chose enclosed just because it's a newer car and even though it was $300 more than the other it deserves the best transport option available. Called them on Monday morning 8am and they told me they would do their absolutely best to make something happen by the end of the business day. By noon, they called me back stating that they found a driver for me and then got another phone call at 5pm saying they had some issues with the truck so they had to cancel it and would assign a different one. Got my new driver's info the following morning and the car was picked up at my apartment Thursday morning 10am. Got my vehicle delivered within 3 days. The driver texted me with information on arrival and how close the car was to its destination

I really appreciated the immediate and regular communication with elena. She was always there to answer my questions. She alerted me to every step of the process. The guy who helped me was really quick to take my order. I has a specific pickup date and asked the him to schedule my shipment according to my plans. He promised to do his best to schedule the shipment on the days I requested. I asked to pick up the car on Monday or Tuesday at the latest with the delivery date of Friday or Saturday. But what happened next? The driver called me Monday morning saying the pickup would happen on Thursday. Seriously??? Needed 2 cars shipping from Tacoma,WA to Portland,OR. Elena took the info she needed and scheduled the pickup in a day. I just left the cars at their yard in Tacoma and she took care of everything else. Cars arrived before the date promised. I talked to Arthur.He was a straight shooter from the first conversation. Arthur offered convenient dates and good price for delivering 2 vehicles. The driver not only picked up our vehicles in enclosed transport, but allowed us to send a few backs of miscellaneous items with the car saving us from transporting via plane carry on.
