I've been using The Mailbox Seattle for many years now and have always had top rate service. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. They offer service with multiple carriers so I always get the best bang for my buck. I get my digital art prints made there as well and have never been disappointing. The Mailbox Seattle is an absolute gem, and the only place in Seattle I trust with my shipping needs. Ordinarily, I find dealing with the hassle of USPS/UPS/FedEx only marginally preferable to being mauled by a pack of starving wolverines. However, Mailbox Seattle has managed to take this inherently annoying chore and turn it into an easy, enjoyable experience. I have always had a positive experience here. I mostly drop packages off with prepaid labels, but during the last holiday I did ship some gifts. The staff and owner, Margaret, have always been nice. I am a local , and know that everyone in the area appreciates her as well.
The negative reviews here are from people out of town, I've noticed. And since when is having "no attitude" a bad thing?
You shouldn't hesitate coming here for friendly service and a knowledgeable staff for specific information like carrier pickup schedules.

The service is a mess. Especially, an old woman is a person who is rude and has no attitude toward a service person who is not very polite. I was very upset after coming back. I don't want to have any benefit from me or reason to use it again. And I'm going to let my friends know. Especially about the character of an old woman.

Then an old women who worked here came out and was throwing something at the road,and someone was looking at it and screaming "what are you doing?"and then the old women started taking pictures without permission.
I could have just turned a blind eye to it, but as a person who does business through a service for customers, I don't think it's really the job of an employee concerned about customers satisfaction that should not be shown to anyone

This is in reference to the last 1 star review placed yesterday by a Kyung Ko, please let it be known that her review is totally untruthful!! This person, Kyung Ko, is apparently a Doordash driver that Petco hired to make a delivery for an order that we made online with them. This driver, on arriving during a busy time at the Mailbox, was extremely rude and loud, insisting on being helped ahead of all the other customers there.

Needed to get some documents notarized. This was the perfect place to get assistance. Margaret was super helpful and very friendly. Very efficient despite the fact we had several documents that needed to be notarized. They do a lot more out of their little shop. What fantastic service. First: I had a large shipment which wasn't ready until Labor Day! Naturally, almost no one was open. But the manager, Margaret, was working so her folks could have the day off. She was clear, efficient, and pleasant. The prices were more than competitive. And the store soundtrack was classic feel good oldies, which I really needed. Great service here! I encourage everyone to support this local business.

Absolute the best customer service I have ever received. They were so incredibly friendly and helped me find the best rate and savings! I originally thought I needed to purchase a box to put my box into, and instead of pushing me to purchase an unnecessary box they kindly taped up my perfectly shippable box that I had already had my package in. I am now going to do all my shipping here! Such a wonderful and kind staff.

These guys are amazing! They take care of whatever I need when I go in, from making sure we have our packages properly packaged to making sure we have a tracking number for something I'm not even paying them for. The people who work here always remember who I am and they are super nice. So relieved to have this store so close to my apartment!

I recently needed to sent some stuff, everything seemed to be ok, people there was very helpful, (it was my first time sending boxes) I sent two boxes which needed to be Delivered together, on a specific date because the person picking the up was going to take them somewhere else (traveling out of state with the boxes)
Unfortunately, the person that helped me out didn't get the address correctly, he didn't write the specific number to the mail box where I was supposed to be delivered, after I asked if he was 100% sure that I was not needed ( he told me it was ok not to write it).

I haven't actually used their services yet, but I'm already impressed with The Mailbox Seattle. I was freaking out, trying to find a way to get some items shipped to Seattle for some colleagues who will be in town for a conference. I called their office and talked to a guy about my situation. He was extremely informative and helpful! The Will Call service that I was looking for is affordable, and I feel like my packages will be in the right hands until my colleagues can go and pick them up. I'm extremely impressed with this business and would definitely recommend them for anyone

This place is right around the corner from my building and I'm so grateful for it! They definitely save me a trip to the dreadful post office and the owner is the sweetest lady. She's so friendly and always willing to help with different packing options.

I almost quit having a box here when the previous owner was runnin' it.
now, with the wonderful new owner,(Margaret),
I can't imagine having a private mailbox anywhere else in the Seattle area! She is so very helpful and greets me with smiles!
gives me courtesy text when packages I'm expecting arrive,
and I love the fact that she supports local artisans by selling their goods at her shop. so if I need a last minute gift as I'm picking up or sending mail, it's always there for me!
