He tried to find the best prices for parts and stayed in touch over the day and half he had my Vehicle so I knew what was going on and when it would be ready. High quality professional service and very fast. I had them give my 02 Yukon a general inspection plus an oil change. The inspection showed several items that were either failing or would fail soon. Gave me basically a blueprint on what I needed to do to get my vehicle in top shape. Absolutely delighted with their work!

Exemplary in every way. I have a Subaru and was more than happy to have Xtra Mile Auto run the diagnostics and figure out what was wrong rather than have to go back to the dealership 60 miles away! They are extremely professional and courteous. Prompt in responding and updating. Great physical location - conveniently placed downtown Stillwater. I'd highly recommend.

My experience with X-Tra Mile was beyond my expectations! The service advisors were polite, attentive, and friendly and I even got to meet the technician who worked on my car! He was very thorough explaining what was done, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the team helping me out in my situation! I will definitely be back next time I need my car worked on! The BG Oil Change really improved my car’s performance as well! 10/10 Highly Recommend!

I absolutely love these guys. I have been scammed and completely wasted my time at other places but these men are honest and do good work! They only fix what's NEEDED and make sure you understand everything that's going on with your vehicle before they let you drive away! They've worked with me on scheduling on multiple occasions and with being a mom of 3 that is a life saver! I'll never go anywhere else as long as this place still runs!

Over the last year, I used Xtra Mile Auto Care for regular maintenance and repairs on my Lexus and Toyota vehicles. Compared with similar services offered thru the dealership, Xtra Mile goes above and beyond with their digital inspections, thorough explanation of issues and recommended repairs. Not being an expert in auto maintenance, I appreciate their advice in prioritizing repairs and the criticality of each repair as related to safety. Safety and quality with my vehicle is my greatest concern. And I can say that the staff at Xtra Mile embrace and practice these values as well. I wouldn't take

Definetly trustworthy, I had a bad sensor in my car and when replacing the part didn't fix it, they didn't charge me for the inital work, and kept working on it until it was fixed. They also offer rides to and from their shop, and send you pictures of your car with details about what you're looking at. I'll use them anytime I need work done on my car, and I highly reccomend them

These guys care. Quality work in a timely manner and they are extremely detailed. They send pictures and texts to update you with exactly what's going on. They are kind people willing to work with you whether that be with ride services, cost, scheduling, etc. Not the cheapest, but won't send you home broke but rather home safe and happy in your vehicle. Aaron and Tyler (our tech) went above and beyond to get us back to our home state after a car breakdown. Rates were great considering the amount of diagnostics put into confirming the problem, prioritizing us since we were stranded out of state, and fixing our car within less than two days. On top of this, Aaron was very personable, made interactions pleasant, was very easy to reach, and set us up with rides. Really saved our a$$!!!
