Home Locators is Tampa Bay's premier full-service Property Management company.
A member of our property management team will call your customer and explore their options with us. If your client signs a property management contract with us, we'll pay you 25% of the first month's rent as a referral fee. Referral fees are payable in equal amounts over 6 months, assuming the management contract remains in effect for those 6 months.
IMPORTANT: Check the list of common issues and solutions below before submitting your request:. Blocked toilets are usually caused by something blocking the system, and will need to be unclogged. Flush the system once, and use a plunger to gradually pump the blockage through the system. Avoid flushing the toilet too much while it is blocked, as this will cause an overflow.

We know how it is. Sometimes you are running late or just cannot make it to the office in time to turn in your keys as you move out. No worries! We have a lockbox located next to our front door at our offices. Our street address is 211 Crystal Grove Blvd. Lutz, FL 33548. Sometimes, the GPS systems on peoples' phones have become confused about our exact location (due to the way addresses in our office park are organized) but we will get you here.

Be weary and cautious when considerind renting from this property managament company. They are operating under two names Home Locators and Apartment Locators. I rented from them just for a year and am so glad to be out of my lease. During my year stay my ceiling leaked profusely on numerous occasions, I had to live with a huge hole in my ceiling for over a month. There were a total of three plumbers that came out about said leaking. It NEVER GOT FIXED.How embarrssing! This company will charge you for repairs, you've already fixed. My A/C went out, and I was told by Mark no one would be out until

We had a few issues to address in our new property. I contacted Home Locators Property Management to have them taken care of. The response was absolutely fantastic. Within an hour of requesting services I had received calls from each of the providers to schedule times to come to the property. The appliance repair tech was actually at our house within the hour to address the issue with the refrigerator. All in all everything was taken care of professionally, the service techs that came to the house were also professional and knew exactly what they were doing and the overall response was unbelievable

Anna from Home Locators worked a miracle for me to get into a new home within a month's time. I was beyond nervous on finding a place to begin with due to having so many issues with finding any place in Tampa on my own. I would have cancellation after cancellation with property managers. I have been using Home Locators for over 10 years now for property management. Mark and Anna have been there for me every step of the way and make everything as easy as possible. They are extremely responsive, great at finding excellent long term tenants and are always on top of maintenance/repairs. When it came time to sell one of our properties, Mark organized all the renovations and Dave did an outstanding job of marketing and selling the property. Tax time is also easier because they compile everything for me. I cannot say enough about the value they provide.
