The Moodie Group have been managing our first property, in the Tampa area, since 2017
We just bought a second one, and once again The Moodie Group was there for us 100% from beginning to end, since we live in California they did final inspection for us, and the best part, it was rented even before we closed the whole transaction.

I just finished a 3 year tenancy renting from the Moody Group. I will say that they are amazing as Property Managers and professionals. I never went without. If my AC went out, they had someone there ASAP. They literally had an AC repairman at my house on Easter. When my washer/dryer stackable had issues, they replaced it immediately. When the stove started acting up, they replaced it immediately. The point is that they really care about their tenants, and will bend over backwards and sideways to take excellent care of their tenants. I worked with Vanessa and Erika all the time, and they

NEVER USE LEON MOODY the worst property manager he will lie to you , he left us in a house with sewer back up all through christmas then told us he will let us stay until they fix it which by law he was supposed to pay for us to move it got so bad i had to call the cops on leon because he would try to sneak people in the gate to do repairs without us knowing, he would show up whenever he wanted then he kept our deposit and turned my girlfriend in on her credit which you can not do both so we will be taking him to court for this NEVER USE THE MOODY GROUP !!!!
